Absolutely horrible.
danmQ8453YFon 26/08/2017 17:48We arrived at 2 in the morning, which they knew was going to happen as I called twice about that. The beds weren't made. I had to personally follow someone down to the service room to search for bedding and pillows (which they didn't have). The food they offered (bagels and doughnuts) were days old stale. the bathroom was horribly dirty and stuff was left in the room from the previous occupants. The next day, we left and returned late afternoon, and the room had still not been made up. The tub was filthy and broken, the water was either freezing or boiling, there was nothing in between. We left a message for the manager to call us. He never did. We really deserve a refund. For 24 hours of stay we had to pay almost $400 for all this garbage.

Laura Son 23/08/2017 22:10I am a Wyndham rewards member and very disappointed. My Stay was three nights. Two I used points and the third I reserved separately. My third night reservation was lost even though I had a confirmed email from months ago. They scrambled to get me a room but I had to move which I was promised I would NOT move when I checked in. I did receive a small discount on the third night for my trouble. On the day of check out I went attempted to get back in my room right at noon to get my things and my key was already cancelled. Over all this was a bad experience even though I have stayed at this hotel a few other times.
Unfortunate Experience
Kathy Oon 22/08/2017 21:09Room 206 needs attention!! stained/dirty carpet, loose bathroom tiles and missing grout, needs quality paint workmanship (paint slopped here and there) Needs to be refurbished and updated. Bath towels small and badly worn. Bathroom switchplate has led lights all around it flashing when light is turned off--very annoying when trying to sleep. Thick dust on top of tv and base of lamps. Weeds all along bldg in courtyard and noticed that the pet area was completely out of (2-3 roll dispensers) refuse bags. Very substandard accommodations to Wyndham's quality reputation.
Nice Hotel
crashdummy1022on 22/08/2017 20:10Have stayed at this property at least four different times. Nice Clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave.Comfortable beds. Small but nice indoor pool and spa. Better then average breakfast which included scrambled egg patties, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc..Free WiFi worked fine in the rooms. My only negative complaints are the room doors loudly slam shut which is annoying when adjacent room occupants are coming or going. And there is no elevator.
We enjoyed our stay!
dgoodnoon 22/08/2017 17:53This was the best value Hotel on our 9-day vacation through 5 states. We enjoyed the breakfast, waffle makers are fun for the kids. The price was right for an affordable place to sleep while passing through Provo, Utah.
