Nice clean rooms, slacking breakfast
its_necessaryon 09/07/2017 19:56We stayed here for first Monday trade days which was about 45 minutes from this hotel. The room was nice and clean. As soon as we got to the room we were charged $25 without them telling us about it. We called the front desk and found it was a deposit but we feel like they should have told us before charging us. The elevator was a little worrisome. The first and last time we used it there was a large thump and loud noise when it started moving and so we used the stairs the rest of the time there. The breakfast was ok but closed at 9am so get down there quickly if you're planning on eating there. There were biscuits, microwaved eggs and sausage, a waffle maker, a few pastries, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, and some fruit. We didn't end up using the pool but it looked clean and we could easily see the bottom with no dirt or debris in it. Overall it was a good stay and decently priced.

Excellent customer service, super clean hotel/ rooms/pool...all very nice and clean! Beds were comfortable, our stay included warm breakfast with many choices...extremely pleased with the whole experience. Close to attractions and activities in Tyler. Would highly recommend and happily stay again!

810crystalaon 30/06/2017 05:28It had a funny odor,Thebes's felt damp had horrible pillows,front desk was allowing the actual person that rented the room to swim only(no guests),was telling my wife whom is pregnant that it was ok to swim after putting chemicals into the pool while they were very unsure,over priced...literally stay for maximum of 20 minutes and left,front desk refused a refund
Trip to Tyler
lindig2015on 18/06/2017 05:14The hotel was very nice the ladies that clean the rooms were very polite and made sure all was taken care of. We did not care for the breakfast. No bagels but they had cream cheese. they had gravy & biscuits every day sausage & hard boiled eggs, little danish and bite size muffins.
