Good hotel, good value
P9605WSangelacon 19/07/2017 21:23Good hotel. Very good value. The only complaints I have are the very slow internet service and one particular front desk clerk. My husband is blind and has a service dog ( a seeing eye dog) that was on a harness. When we walked into breakfast one morning, the clerk (older lady of Indian descent) said "Pets are not allowed in the dining room". I told her he was not a pet but a service dog and proceeded on. I could hear the other staff member there (who seem to be a manager) quickly explain to her what the dog was and that he is VERY MUCH allowed. Thankful for him. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay.
Great accommodations at very fair price

Short Stay
Ralph Won 18/07/2017 18:48I was attending a family reunion and this hotel was close to the reunion location. The check in staff was great, the room was average, The internet was very weak, the only place you could get a good signal was in the lobby. The breakfast was not restocked, one of the guest went and asked to have the breakfast restocked, to me the manager was very rude and did not want to restock the breakfast. The hotel was good, but go someplace else for breakfast.
Pleasantly Surprised
Lisa Hon 08/07/2017 17:55Pleasantly surprised with a nicer stay than usual. The people were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Enjoyed a visit to the pool, deep enough for a fun time. The breakfast was good. Only complaint there was an odd taste to the orange juice. Would definitely stay again.

177nerissabon 04/07/2017 13:41The hotel is clean. Rooms are excellent. The housekeeping staff never come in the room to make up guest beds or give fresh clean towels. Housekeeping staff I gives you thumps down.
