Lacks Comfortable Chairs

S9103JFelizabethgon 29/06/2017 01:22Reservation was easy and staff was friendly. Only issue I had was I asked for a non smoking room but was placed in a smoking room. Hotel was booked and they didn't discount me. Otherwise the experience was a good one.

patriciakU7205IJon 28/06/2017 18:03I specifically asked for a fully handicapped accessible room as my mom is in a motorized wheelchair. Sad to say nothing was handicapped accessible. They gave her the room next door for the bathroom use only which was a horrible smelling smoking room. Overall not happy.
