Very poor experience
coogee3on 05/08/2017 07:14Could not find our booking and even providing booking.com confirmation in writing did not convince the receptionist that we had made a booking for the night. We were forced to phone booking.com who then sorted it out with the accommodation provider. The booking was made but they did not have the password to access the bookings in their system! This property was promoted as a smoke-free environment, but our room was certainly not smoke-free. We are both non-smokers and knew the smell of stale cigarettes! The room was spacious and fairly clean and the rate was affordable. Breakfast was included and that was good and included a hot breakfast option as well.
Old and Dirty
S1402FPfrankgon 05/08/2017 03:12The sheets were yellow and dirty--they handed us a new set of sheets. There were urine stains in front of the toilet. The Tv didn't work. The ring around the bathtub was dirty==they changed our room upon request . Breakfast was cold. Couldn't wait to leave

Bad Breakfast
rodney_zittlowon 31/07/2017 17:49Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C was very noisy. Fairly quiet except for the A/C, slept well. Breakfast was terrible. Hash browns had a strange smell. Threw away and went to McDonalds.
Great service
Victoria Won 26/07/2017 00:48I was traveling when I became stranded after my Jeeps transmission blew. I was not able to find a rental to continue my travels. I was taken to this hotel and was I ever glad. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. When check out time came they were willing to work with me and I was able to stay another 5 hours and was charged a partial room rate until I could locate a rental car. Very accommodating. Would recommend this location to anyone.
