Room was nice, good value for the money. Good location.
However, breakfast was gross (& also nothing was labeled). coffee cups were filled with dry dish detergent, didn't want to touch most of the food.
Disturbed about the turtle on the property who seems to be trapped in a tiny area without any interaction, little food and water and seems lethargic.
I'd spend a bit more money next time and stay somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bayview Hotel. The room was comfy and quaint. Nice sized bathroom with a little balcony overlooking the street. Safe and well lit street without much noise. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the car service from/to the airport. Hotel was within easy walking distance of the beach and city center. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends.

While there is no bay" view as the name suggests, this hotel is in an excellent location to explore Miraflores. I stayed here two nights ago (September 2017) while in Lima. It is basic and good value for money. The staff are friendly but breakfast is basic. You will have to carry your bag up the stairs as there is no elevator but this is only a minor detail if you are looking for cheap, basic accommodation in an upmarket neighbourhood.

The Bay View Hotel is in a fantastic location. You are in walking distance to Larcomar
mall. Many restaurants,cafes shopping and casinos.
The staff at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was good with with juices,hot coffee
fresh fruit,fresh bread ,eggs,etc.
Also I wanted to to Thank for his outstanding service. He was always there and always very helpful, His name is Bronson Bellido. Thank You. He is a five star employee

Located in good part of the town in Miraflores very close to the Larcomar, the main shopping area with Restaurants.
The room was average, bathroom was in need of some serious upgrade and renovation. The staff were polite and friendly.
Average hotel for a reasonable price...
