Good Stay
Adam Gon 16/06/2017 23:20Stayed here for three nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, pointing out major attractions and good restaurants. The room was nice and modern, especially the bathroom. Enjoyed the big & diverse breakfast spread they put out every morning. Location is convenient, only a 5-10 min walk to the historic areas/Quattro Canti or Teatro Masimo and the shopping district. They had ample space for parking inside their enclosed garage for 15 euro/day.

Breakfast was fantastic with fresh new items daily. The location is perfect for walking/hiking to see the city. We would return again without hesitation.

dear jon 13/06/2017 16:45Large room with a balcony at the front and back so you can be in the shade or sun at any time. Great location on the edge of old town. The kitchen wasn't well stocked but we didn't care because we weren't cooking --nice to have a (full-sized) fridge. The only draw back was the horrible pillows and only one flat hard pillow each.

Andy Kon 04/06/2017 19:00We recently spent a week at B&B 10 Serpotta and I have to say it was a near perfect experience. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the side street, so was shaded for most of the day and therefore didn't get too hot - the a/c helped. The B&B is in a good location with several good restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was spotless and large, as was the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of of fruit, cereals, toast, cold meats, cake (home made?) etc etc. ALL of the staff couldn't have been more helpful greeting us at breakfast with a cheery hello and remembering how we liked out coffee and tea. They even provided us with a map on our arrival indicating all of the nearby sights in Palermo. Even when on one occasion our room was missing a bath towel they were replaced VERY promptly - the staff really couldn't have done more. B&B 10 Serpotta comes highly recommended and we hope to return soon. Thank you/Grazij!
Modern B&B Great Location
Dominic Gon 04/06/2017 13:15Well situated near Teatro Massimo. Very helpful staff. We had an apartment type room, very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, in my experience it was never that great in Italy. Happy to provide extras such as beach towels. Highly recommended
