This place was dirty and the staff was unfriendly. Food was terrible. No one talked to us, it was not welcoming at all. The pool bar was a disgusting mess the entire week. We complained through Travel Express, the agency that we booked through. That was MONTHS ago and Travel Express says that Be Live has not addressed our concerns.
We've always traveled through Apple Vacations and we love the AM Resorts. Trying Travel Express and Be Live was an expensive mistake.

When I researched this resort on tripadvisor I found the review ratings incongruent to each other and didn't know what to believe. So I read many english language reviews and then changed the setting to all languages and that made a big difference. I emailed the resort in advance to make room requests that took into account the room category I paid for. I received a reply pronto and was extremely pleased with my room and it's location
My husband and I found the food to be varied and delicious. All the staff were efficient, pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean, well-appointed and although the air-con took some time to bring the room temperature down(it was extremely hot and humid while we were there)it did work throughout our stay. I must say that at the end of our 2 week stay our room cleaner changed and our last 2 days our room was cleaned very late in the day. I guess some room must be last. This was not a game changer for us.
We used the free wifi by the pool each day and although many complained about the speed, location, etc. I was just glad to have it free and on holidays I only need an hour or less to be on the internet.
The beach is very very nice. It could at times be noisy with loud music but that tended to be the exception not the rule.
The only complaint I can make is that the Canoa charges $3.50 US per day for the use of a room safe. I feel that to be excessive.
Would I return to this resort ???...in a heart-beat!

The survey is written entirely in Spanish so I cannot answer it fully but I had a terrible time and I would never go back.
The rooms were disgusting and the food was disappointing.
The only thing saving this trip was the unlimited liquor and the beautiful beach.

I was at the Be Live Collection Canoa with my husband for two weeks. And we had an amazing time, beautiful white beaches especially Saona Island. If u ever go to bayahibe or Punta Cana you should defenetely visit this Island. We had a very relaxing time at this resort, lots of food to choose from and the staff were amazing. Asking if everything was good and if we needed anything. We wont forget Freddy from the towell service. He was soooo kind and always smiling and asking how our day was at the beach. We would start our day with his smile and finish our day at the beach with a “Thank you and a smile” and see you mañana. Thank you Freddy for your kindness during our stay. Lots of entertainment at the beach and in the resort. The weather was perfect and so was our time at the Be Live Collection. The only complain we had was the WiFi, that was terrible. You get one hour at the pool everyday but the connection is so bad after trying for a few times you just stop trying.

Standard nice hotel with good food and beverages, friendly staff, at restaurant, bar, room housekeeping, reception, clean, a little more far away from the airport but compensated by comfort, to have relax
