Amazing Hotel

A wonderful hotel which it was over my expectations and deserve 5 stars and reference to reviews I had been read before about food so food is very delicious at variance from reviews I read it before so thanks for all chefs especially general chef and chef mohamed attiah in other way thanks for mohamed tohamy from recepion and ehab ( information desk ) and animation team.

Hotel Advantages
1. aqua water slides ( convinent for adults and children )
2. room service
3. delicious food and all chefs doing great efforts
4. Cleanliness in all hotel areas
5. using sea world hotel ( Sister Hotel ) facilities
6.all water slides and pool employees is very kindness and amazing
7. easy and quick check in and out
8. animation team

some ideas for hotel management to upgrade more and more
1. need more shadow by more trees
2. main restaurant AC shall be upgraded to cover all areas with more efficiency
3.managment should be select and filter employees by more care and teach them to treat with all nationalities as same treat ( one concept must be fixed in their minds all gusts is albatros gust any other way of thinking will impact negatively on your hotel) so the most bars employees is very rude and need to change all of them and their manager also.
4.Towel booths should be open untel 6:30 or 7 pm not 6 PM which beach closed on 6 PM also, so you should open booths untel last gust to deliver towels or open Private booth on beach for aqua park gusts
5.a private beach for aqua park gusts is rocky beach so you should convert it to sandy beach.
6.rooms furniture should be review again from supervisors

The hotel was wonderful, everything is very good ,, the room, the hygiene, Quality of food was excellent, Animation team was very friendly, more over all the guests were very friendly I enjoyed all my visits there thanks Albatros.

The hotel is amazing and enjoyable because the room cleaners are great because they clean it every day especially Subry. He makes us nice designs with the towels. The staff are really friendly like Mohammad who works in the snack bar and the chef who make the pizza at the snack bar. The aqua park is really fun for both adults and children. Everyone works extremely hard to keep the hotel enjoyable. The animation team are all very friendly and they make sure everyone enjoys themselves. We used the spa and the beauty salon. They were really good. Many thanks to Mr Mohammad Farid and the reception staff. We enjoyed staying there and we are definitely coming back 😊

Lovely and with pleasure again

We came here now for the 4th time and there is no other hotel we want to chose any other hotel. We feel like at home we know everything and everybody. This is helpful and comfortable. We know that we atay very satisfied and love everything. The food did even improve more. The room was perfect cleaned and there is nothing to complain or something. Special thanks to the wonderful service of the bars ahd thank you to Christina the guest relation... she is great. Fantastic management and everybody is close to the guests. We will return next time nore than 1 week

Good clean hotel

My daughter (7) and I stayed here for 2weeks in July.
The hotel is really clean and well looked after, the pools are awesome and the slides make it even better.

My daughter used the kids club 3 times and enjoyed herself, although the evening entertainment was pretty poor. Kids mini disco was at 8.30pm till 9-9.15pm and was mediocre, so much so my daughter didn't want to bother after the 2nd time. if english is your first language then the entertainment may not be appreciated as it obviously loses something in translation!

We had the use of all 5 restaurants and there was plenty of food, although it is quite samey every day. the freshly made pizza at lunchtimes by the pool are lovely.
The ice cream is more ice than cream, but not enough to put the kids off!

There are a lot of guys trying to sell trips and spa treatments everyday but as soon as they know you're not interested they don't hassle you.

You can take a trip to Senzo mall, taxis are outside and for a return it cost us 120LE

Overall the hotel is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.
