the place of the hotel is in cadepere next to the beach. this hotel is very recomendable for the families.the hotel is very fun for kids and there are 3 swimming pools, 1 swimming pool is for kids and the other 2 are for families. the service is very very good . the rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and cozy. the food is very tipical of mallorca and is a very good food and delicious. there is a mini club for kids and there is a tennis court a spa, golf, mini golf, football field, archery range and a basketball court. in conclusion its a very inclusive hotel and a very cozy place

we had 2 adults 1 child aged 8 years we stayed for 7 days hotel was good, but the staff at the hotel are a very rude I asked for a drink and received dirty looks. The entertainment was in house and left a lot to be desired. Breakfast and Lunch were good but I found I was eating out in the evening even though I was fully inclusive. This is not an English friendly hotel and I would not recommend it.

We stayed for 10 days in this hotel on september 2017.
The hotel is nice.you have a lot of activities inside for adults and kids,but if you want to do something outside,you have to go in another area.there is nothing there.
There are 2 small beaches close to the hotel.
The food is good.you can lways find something you like,but there is a problem with the vegetables.they are kind of "a few days old and kind of dry".not impressed with this.they have also 2 build in restaurants but the food is more fast food then "resto" and the same problem with the vegetables.(and I don't know why,but when you order something,it comes with a lot of onions,I mean A LOT!!!)
The soft drinks are not bottled so you might want to avoid these.
The public busses are very rare in the area so you might want to use taxis or rent a car for trips around.
Overall is a good place to stay,but there's nothing to do/see in the area.

We had 7 adults and 4 young children aged 1,2,3&3. We stayed for a week in the beach club.
We arrived early hours of the morning and man on reception was superb. He sorted out 3 rooms and another chap showed us the way!
Highs, lows and useful facts
Rooms were nice, clean, not the biggest but we all had good views. Shower was good and had multiple English tv channels!
Kids pool fantastic, our young children had hours of fun on the slides!
2 other great pool areas which have small children's pool.
All inclusive food is superb, found myself eating far too much as it was all so nice and great variety. The 2 on site restaurants were lovely, 1 Italian and 1 Mexican. You could have this during the day part of the all inc, service to your table and all made fresh!
The evening entertainment was a great variety of things. Mini disco starting at 8.30 every evening. We got the impression they get an act in to the hotel every other night and the animation team do the other! All the acts they bought in were highly enjoyable especially the illusionist.
If you are British beware that it's a very non British resort, we only noted one other English family on our last day. When we went into Cala rajada it was exactly the same. It didn't phase us but Was rather strange and makes you feel a little out of place. Man comment: They didn't have sky sports anywhere so no football :( this kept the partners happy!
The animation team work tirelessly and speak English as well as German/Italian. We joined in with some of the activities and thought Stefano in particular was fantastic at his job.
Few of the bar staff very grumpy, especially by the pool bars... fella called Pepe seemed to be rather disgruntled all week. May have been just our group that annoyed him ;).....
Nice small beach right outside hotel as well as shop that sold everything you may need including English papers. If you take a walk the left of the beach along a foot path it leads to a stunning little bay that we spent our last day on. Picturesque!
Tips
Coach transfer was 2 hours and would recommend private
We tipped the chap on an evening every night who always made sure we had a drink (great service and wish I could recall his name)

I was there in 2011, 2012, 2013 and now in 2017 again. It is still a very nice location with very good authentic food and rather good service.
Compared to the years before, it has clearly degraded in some respect:
- The food in the main restaurant is very good, but it seems they now serve less expensive items. There were more goodies before.
- Today you grab cheap and tasteless wine glass by glass from the tap. Before they served (free) tasty wine in the bottle at the table.
- The staff at the main restaurant only fills the buffet and collects used plates from the tables. Most of them are rather unfriendly (they, by what they do, don't get Tipps anymore).
- You still pay for WiFi (free only around the reception and lobby) and it has no stability, speed and bandwidth. Today, you expect free WiFi of top quality for free everywhere.
- The evening shows have been very professional and worth seeing before. This year: nothing really worth seeing - surely depends on the skills and effort of the animation team.
- Resumee: still a good place, but has lost attractivity. I only go there for an organized third party sports week.
