Nice arriving with a friendly face at reception- couldn't do enough for us.
Rooms were clean and nicely furnished if not a bit small.
Location: a walk away to the nearest beach and too us about 45 minutes walking along coast to central Budoni. You do really need a car here, taxis are 15 euros each way to the town! Nevertheless , we knew this and weren't put off by it. We had a car and explored the area well!

Seen other comments before we went & glad we saw them too. As we found it far exceeded any of our expectations. Rooms are comfortable and private. Staff absolutely exceptional. We were made to feel very welcome by all staff, whom were all very patient and very helpful with every detail, even helping us with our poor Italian. We've never been on a holiday & decided to go back later in the year... This is the exception, a perfect base. A clean, aptly decorated, very comfortable room with air con, fridge, kettle & coffee maker with 2 sizes of 2 heat resistant glasses of course not cups. Bathroom great too shower was perfect not too hot & water temp didn't differentiate when basin taps are used at the same time. (sorry - pet hateof mine!). Breakfast was excellent , someone put a comment about breakfast. Now we like a decent breakfast to start the day and we were not disappointed at all. Freshly baked pastries, cereal, fruit, meat, cheese & breads etc. If you want all day breakfast's Irish bars fish & chips don't go to Sardinia any way. We independently hired a car for this holiday & were glad we did. I can say the majority if not all guests did too. ps Take a map as sat nav dropped us off earlier down the street.

My husband booked this hotel whilst we were in Sardinia staying at another hotel which was not up to standard. The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance to the beach. There is no pool at the hotel but being close to the beach and the possibility of using a neighbouring hotels pool doesn't make this an issue. The hotel grounds are lovely, single story rooms set in grassed grounds with lovely flowers. The rooms are a good size, modern and spotless, neutrally decorated with a nice big comfy bed, sofa, dressing table/chair, bedside cabinets/wardrobes. There is also a small fridge which is useful as the hotel is room only/BnB. We stayed bed and breakfast but was disappointed with the breakfast, not really worth the €7 each but it's Sardinia and you accept its their way. I loved this hotel and its boutique feel, staff were lovely and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would have given it 5 stars if there was more variety at breakfast.

A car here is essential

This was advertised as a mini-suite but turned out to be just one room with an en-suite. The rooms themselves are very well l kept with a good if cosy shower room. There are no cooking facilities, except a kettle but curiously no cups. The beach is about 300 yards way and is OK but half of it was taken up by a large hotel who planted lots of recliners and umbrellas for their own guests (mainly German). They also had their own DJ on the beach playing loud pop music most of the time!l Yes it is quiet around the rooms but for peaceful read isolated! A car is a must as there are no shops within walking distance, and other nearby beaches are better Very good staff and fine as a base for exploring.

Unexpectedly comfortable and nice hotel

The rooms are located in small single-storey buildings, which at first sight looked like good quality camping buildings. When we entered our rooms, we were positively surprised by furniture and interior, because each room was not less "hotel's room" as in the rest of hotels we stayed in Sardinia. Rooms were clean, nice furnished, conditioned. According to information on the hotel's homepage the beach is only 150 m. I would say that the hotel is positioned some 300 m from the sandy beach. There is also a tiny streem, connected with something like a small lake between the hotel and beach. If you are lucky, you may see wild turtles warming on the coast of that streem. Unfortunately the water of lake was nearly dried off and it spread and unpleasant smell, like from sewers. Newertheless staying at the hotel was really pleasant.
