Amazing location, opposite the beach (separated by a busy road) but really close to all restaurants, cafes etc. We stayed in room 1. The courtyard plunge pool was fabulous and heated to the point of having the chill taken off the water. Loved that there were plenty of towels, 8. Our only disappointment was that the spa bath did not work and after doing the walk to the lighthouse we would have liked to use the spa bath but it being a weekend reception said nothing could be done about this. Lotions, soaps etc were very ordinary, something nicer, organic or locally made would have been nicer especially for this price point as this is not a cheap place to stay.

Stayed 3 nights in a Penthouse. Definitely luxury accomodation with beach views galore and a spectacular personal roof top sundeck and pool.
Staff very friendly and the daily room servicing very good.
The location is brilliant, you can forget the car with everything you would want within a short walk. Will be back

Lovely room, as we had Mr 5 and Mr 2 we also squeezed in a trundle and cot, still left plenty of space in the room though. Sadly we were unable to book a room with a pool at the time we booked. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. Reckon this will be our new Byron hotel! Much much much better than the tired old beach hotel, bit that's why you pay the extra!!

Stayed in a garden suite for two nights. Room and facilities were great with a big lounge two tvs self contained and certainly all of the amenities one would expect. Surprisingly the mini bar prices were quite reasonable at close to hotel prices. Unfortunately you could walk out the door and get all the supplies you want a bit cheaper.
Welcome was great and the layout of the complex and its location were certainly amenable to a relaxing weekend. Just park the car in the underground car park and you can walk everywhere in town or go for a swim.
The room rates are not cheap but you do get value for money with the size of the rooms and the facilities which include a spa. Only suggestion would be to have more bathroom lotions available and having to pay upfront is not the norm for quality establishments. Not sure of refund policy if you done stay the designated time paid for.

Not having much time off from our business in recent times, Beach Suites was exactly what we needed! Seclusion, peace and quite, close proximity to EVERYTHING,spacious and my very own plunge pool ... all this right across the road from the beach at beautiful Byron Bay. Staff were most welcoming, rooms extremely clean and amenities perfect .. especially the plunge pool. It may not be to everyone's liking as it isn't totally on trend to I guess whatever is on trend at the moment but who cares, this place is just a treat!!! Cannot rate it highly enough for a little getaway. Could have spent more time in my own plunge pool .. did I mention I had my very own plunge pool?!?! The sun shone brightly and enjoyed every moment of our little getaway. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll be back!!!
