Great Service, Great Location
Axel Fon 19/05/2017 16:35I have stayed with my wife and my little son (2 years and a half) for 3 nights. The hotel is quite old but it seems it has been restyled recently. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lot of different options. Restaurant was also very good, nice quality and prices. Location is really great: in front of the Beagle channel itself and one block from downtown.I would recommend this Hotel for any kind of travelers (lonely, families, business)

Danielle Hon 26/03/2017 22:41This hotel was fine for my purpose, as a way station before going to Antarctica. It is not fancy but adequate and is right across from the boat, near all restaurants and shops. The staff was charming and very helpful. The pool is small and a little murky. I did not get a massage, but my friend said it wasn't as good as she hoped. She thought it could have been about the language barrier. One problem is the fact that you have to walk up stairs to be from the street to the lobby with rolling suitcases, etc. If they see you, they run out and help and do help with taking them down at the end of the stay.

jdg210on 23/03/2017 20:26Even though we did not stay at this hotel (as we did not stay the night in Ushuaia), the staff was exceptionally helpful to us the day we were there, offering us use of their facilities, wifi, and even calling us a cab when it was time to go to the airport. Lunch in the restaurant was also excellent. Kudos for service above and beyond!

Service is great, all the employees are always there to help you and make you feel comfortable.
I,ve been there twice this season, and sure recommend it.

It has a fair breakfast and also a gym center (pool, sauna, gym). The pool could be warmer but it was OK.
