Patrick Son 31/08/2017 00:17All the staff were very welcoming. The concierge provided excellent advice on sights. Our dinner at Le Chat Botté was delicious. The room we had was great and provided a splendid view of the lake. We would definitely stay there again.

In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in the city.
Lovely design. Wonderful cozy rooms.
And the main thing is an excellent service. From the moment, you come to the door of the hotel, the hotel staff surrounds you with their care.
I want to say thank you for such wonderful service.

wholewideworldon 18/08/2017 22:58The Beau-Rivage is one of Geneva's Grand Hotels in a row lining the lake. Our room had a lovely view of the Jet D'Eau. The hotel is located across from the Old Town via a quick, free boat ride or a relatively short walk. If you're a traveler who prefers to be nestled into the old town, this hotel (nor its neighbors) might not be the best choice. The friendly Concierge offered an excellent suggestion for dinner at the Parc des Eaux Vives, which exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately we had a personal emergency during our stay. The staff could not have been more helpful. We're sending a big thank you to Nina, Matthieu and all who worked to make us as comfortable as possible. They were the definition of hospitable and we appreciated it very much.
Great classic hotel with an ideal location
ab83675on 24/07/2017 18:53Had a recent two-day stay at this wonderful hotel. The property is a classic hotel, very well located in front of the lake. Rooms were old, but adequately appointed. Service was attentive. Restaurant in the terrace in very nice. A good solid place to stay when in Geneve.
Elegant in every sense of the word

Upon arrival they upgraded us to a duplex room that had just been completely renovated. It was outfitted for a king and queen. Elegant and tasteful with amazing views! Staff was responsive and personable. Highly recommend it!
