Highly recommend a stay with this wonderful staff. Quaint and comfortable, great service, near the old city, and quality dining. We stayed a weekend and were pleased from start to finish. Don't miss an opportunity to visit!

Colmar is not a big city, even when our hotel was not located in the center town, it took not long time to walk to city center.
We arrived to this hotel 30 min before the lunch time ended, but the kind reception helped us to book a table and after few minutes refreshment we sat at the lunch table. Lunch was may be the best one during this Alsace trip. Unfortunately restaurant was fully booked for the dinner, even it was Tuesday! Amazing, it was really taste lunch we had.
Breakfast was normal like in all other Alsace hotels. Rooms were normal clean. Only one minus was the construction work on the street in front of the hotel. But, it will be over after short time, and no harm for us.

Old fashioned room with worn out mattress. Room otherwise clean and adequate for one night with plenty of hot water an a good sized bath.
Awful greeting from squawking receptionist. Not sure why she had to shout at her customers as it made for an unpleasant stay. Breakfast was mediocre.

This is a nice hotel with (paid for) private car parking. The hotel is reasonably accessible for the mobility impaired (with a lift) but some facilities are difficult to access. The food is also pretty good at dinner and the buffet breakfast excellent. Some rooms are a bit blue dominated but are generally comfortable and reasonably provided (it can, however, be a bit tight in the toilet). The hotel seems very popular with mature cyclists.

Me and my family got a junior suite or a family room. One large bed and a sofa for the kids. The whole place was nice and tidy, modern and bright. No aircondition but a large fan on the floor. Wi-fi was free of charge and worked out fine. The hotel has a parking lot and it costs 8€, but there are also parking outside the hotel and in the area for free. The breakfast was ok, coffee, tea, juice, baguette, croissants and yoghurt, eggs, bacon and sausage. 12€/adult and 6€/child. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice (5-10min) walk to the city-center. If we visit Colmar again we would like to stay here.
