We stayed in this 'hotel' for a week! Enticed by the low cost we arrived and were given one of the themed rooms! Apparently each room is themed on a different country. I believe we were in the purple nightmare room. My partner went to open the window to get rid of the unusual smell and the entire window frame came loose! One afternoon we decided to try out the lounge and were half way through a football match when the sky tv menu came on. Turns out the owners link their sky tv to the main bar. The most traumatic moment was when we returned one evening to the landlady legs akimbo in a dressing gown sat on the front entrance having a cig...! The owners were nice enough but seriously this place needs an overhaul! Thankfully we didn't opt for the breakfast. Location wise this place is ideal as it's away from the hustle of the main town. Never again.

This has got to be the worst place that I have ever stayed! We paid more than the average b&b for Blackpool but made the mistake of not checking the reviews before we booked. There was no one else staying there that weekend just us, surprise,surprise!,but we still couldn't check in till after 3??? There were kids and family just lounged around in what you would think is there living room not a guest room. It makes you feel really uncomfortable. The bedroom itself seemed clean but the view out the rear window seemed like we were overlooking the local junk yard. The communal areas were not clean at all though and there was a really strange odour to the place. Breakfast is served in a basement but couldn't bring myself to eat anything. It just seemed really creepy and the kitchen leaved a lot to be desired. The man who run the place spent most of his time apologising to us because he knows it's not good and knows that people are paying good money to stay in a dive. Will defo not be going back anytime soon!!!

Not at all what it looks like on the pictures unpleasant smell as we arrived the room was FREEZING it was warmer outside than to sleep.. we didnt have breakfast as we had to find a last minute room as our first room was unavailable when we arrived.. no idea on parking we took the chance on double yellows. Ok for a place to lay your head thats cheap but wont be returning

I dont even know where to start, way past 2am there were the owners kids screaming and their dog barking in the lobby, we were on the top floor it felt like we were in the same room. The room was horrific, curtains hanging off, wallpaper falling off, decor was hideous, the smell of the entire place is hideous, i would go as far to say its a disgusting hotel that needs shutting down. Id if of known id be awake until the early hours id of saved myself £50 and gone home. Genuinely wanted to cry, avoid at all costs this is by far the worst "hotel" i have ever stayed!!

We had a lovely time, rooms are clean pet friendly. Staff are helpful and always there if need anything. Had a fantastic time. My son really enjoyed spending time with the other children. We felf like part of the family.
Can't wait to see you all again in October and to have more laughs.
