Very nice b&b. We had a great time staying there, for a week in June. Before arriving we read some reviews saying that the location is very noisy. I guess that is true if you get a room facing the street. Our room was facing the back yard therefore is was very quiet. The lady who manages the bed & breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean, and the towels were changed daily. We had no problems with the hot water (we read some reviews saying that sometimes there were problems with that). The room had a small fridge that we used. Given the fact that we left on a Tuesday at 5.30 in the morning, the lady manager was very kind to prepare the breakfast and leave it for us in the fridge the day before, given the fact that breakfast begins at 8.00 AM (if I remember correctly), which we didn't expect, so we were pleasantly surprised.
We look forward to return, we had a great time there.

Amazing staff and really nice and clean room

Do not get scared by the building! When my partner and I saw it, we thought "what the hell", but when we went inside it was really nice and fresh.

It is like a 4 stars hotel, Lupe one of the staff was so nice and helpful with us.

Súper central and clean!

Recommended!!

Exactly what we needed

Me and my friend stayed in the b&b for 4 nights in the start of September. Admittedly when we first got to the b&b it was not what we expected and doesn't look glamorous from the outside, however the rooms were very clean and modern. The lady who greeted us was lovely, she didn't speak great english but it wasn't a problem, she made sure we got breakfast and cleaned our rooms everyday. The location of the b&b is fantastic its a short 5 minute walk to the old town which has a variety of fantastic restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk down to the sea. The train station was only a 15 minute walk away which was great as we were traveling on from Sorrento.

The only 2 down sides was the loud street the apartment, however that cant be helped, also there are no lifts so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Had a very lovely stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Disappointing.

We arrived after a very long journey to Sorrento in the heat, and a climb up a lot of steps with 2 big suitcases... The room we had was very modern and clean, however we were given a double bed instead of 2 singles as requested. We tried to ask about getting 2 singles but no help was given at the time.

Later, we tried taking showers, but there was no hot water! After all of the travelling, all I wanted was a nice shower.

In an attempt to find the owner, we went into the hall but only found other disappointed guests who were talking about the same issue. Apparently the hot water was not working for most of the day (it was 9pm when I tried showering so they had plenty of time to fix it).

The cleaning lady who lives below was found by another guest at the b&b, but she could not assist. However, she did sort out the problem of the double bed and turned the room into a twin.

Overall, not a great first impression. For £100 per night, I expected much better facilities. Not worth the money if you ask me.

Abusive people and lack of privacy

I booked the B&B aranci as I thought that it was fine. However, before I visited I decided to check the tripadvisor and had a little fright. I went there, found it in a block of flats. We were met with the cleaning lady who with thought was helpful. But it soon turned out that the owner charged a different price we had agreed. In turn she sent the cleaning lady to talk us up, but she gave us the phone and found she was very abusive and kept changing prices. She sent again the lady who used her card when we were in the room which left us with no privacy.

Do not book this place, apart that the air-conditioned leaked water and behind the furniture was dirty.

Better book elsewhere.
