Danz_Lon 03/12/2016 04:30The facilities are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice, including bread, prosciutto or cheese, butter, jam, tea, and coffee. The location is good. Maria is friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here if travel to Rome again.

A memorable holiday
3343MichaelGSon 10/11/2015 23:40We visited Rome at the end of September 2015. We reserved rooms at B & B Felicia and were delighted with our experience.
This B & B offers value for money. It is well located in the Laterano neighbourhood, close to the historical centre but not within the very touristy areas: it provides a genuine roman experience.
Getting around from the B & B is easy. You can walk to sites such as San Giovanni Laterano, the Colosseum, etc. It is also close to the metro station, and there are bus stops on the street, right in front of the apartment building.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. But the best feature of this B & B is the owner’s friendliness and helpfulness. She is always trying to meet your expectations and to advise/assist you in the best way possible so you can spend the best holidays.
The neighbourhood has lots of small restaurants, bakeries, and cafés where you can taste roman specialities. Thanks to the owner’s recommendation, we discovered two blocks away a wonderful seafood restaurant, Ricominciodatre, on Via Magna Grecia, which serves creative dishes and specialities that cannot be found anywhere else.
We would go back to B & B Felicia without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone going to visit Rome.
Nice and cosy place on a good location

Small place but all you need when you spend all day wondering around Rome:) It was also very clean. The location is perfect as it is very close to metro station, supermarket next door, and amazing ice cream place "Rivareno", 10 min to Bassilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, 15-20 min to Collosseum. So we reached everything on foot :) the neighbourhood is safe at night. Breakfast was ok. The owner Maria was very welcoming and helpful:) Definitelly would recommend this place!

Simon Ron 01/07/2014 21:53My wife and I booked 3 days in this guest house at the end of brief tour of Italy. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean not to mention sizeable . The private bath room just adjacent to the room was more than adequate for our needs. The owner was extremely helpful providing us with piles of useful information about transport routes in Rome that saved us loads of time and money.
