Mary Con 09/07/2017 07:08Francesco was at the property to meet us - and helped with the luggage. He welcomed us with a prosecco, and then gave us plenty of his time and knowledge about Agrigento, including things that were happening on the days of our stay and recommended restaurants. His information meant that our stay (for two nights) was much more successful than it otherwise would have been.
Our room was large, clean and airy, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning effective. The room included a bar fridge. The bathroom was also large and light and clean. The room was welcoming enough to provide us with respite from the heat and recovery from sightseeing for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
Breakfast, provided by Francesco's lovely wife Silvia, included red orange juice, local fresh pastries and cappuccino (tea and other coffee available).
The B&B is conveniently located close to Via Atenea and various attractions in the town, as well as to restaurants. There is a large public car park close by - set your GPS to Piazza Giuseppe Sinatra.

melanie823on 11/07/2016 20:12Received a very hospitable welcome from the staff at all times. Paid parking was close to the B & B. Room was clean, comfortable and large. The breakfast consisted of many pastries, savoury and sweet, and fruit served in our room. Too much to eat.

Richard Bon 13/10/2015 21:40Very helpful staff, I am guessing it was mother and daughter? Great little court yard with several room around. My room was large with a kitchen which I was not expecting for the price and huge bathroom. Nice wine on the table with milk and cold water in the fridge, and a great espresso machine for your morning coffee
Beware! Told no booking and charged anyway
Joanne Won 22/09/2015 14:19We made a booking on booking.com while on the beach in the morning and arrived at the property early afternoon, slightly before the official check in time.
We rang the doorbell and spoke to a lady who told us we had no booking and sent us on our way I notified booking.com immediately via email and asked they ensured we were not charged for our stay.
The following day I heard back from booking.com who had subsequently spoken to the owner who advised the person we spoke with was the cleaner and there 'could have been a miscommunication'.
As we were there before the check in time (50 mins) the property is insisting on charging us for a nights accommodation despite not allowing us to stay and acknowledging there was an issue with the communication we received.
Think carefully about booking this B&B as these 'miscommunications' could turn out to be quite costly. Nice income for the owner without having to do any work for their money though!
Beautiful inner courtyard
tuija ron 05/10/2014 13:12The entrance to the beautiful inner courtyard! Location is good, near city centre. Rooms are beautiful and there is minibar. Breakfast is good and diverse. Lovely and helpfull staff. There is lot of parking place near the house. We recommend this place!
