Situated 500 metres from the bus and rail station, it is in an excellent location. The little old towns winding streets can be a bit confusing , but the reception staff were very helpful, supplying a map and instructions. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral area and we found everything else we wanted to see within 15 minutes walk from that point. e.g. Plaza de Espana . The rooms are small, but clean , with most having windows onto the stair well. But a/c was provided and we were allowed to leave it on while we were out, a bonus as our visit was in july and the temperature was up to 39!! The shower was good and nice towels. Breakfast was more than adequate, a self service choice and value for money. Wi fi was good and is now throughout the whole of the property.
Great location & rooftop terrace, but disappointing breakfast

Nice place to stay in the centre of Sevilla with an amazing rooftop terrace!
Don't have too many expectations for the breakfast as it will be very basic and Spanish style -altough they pretend it to be continental- with magdalenas, bread with different stuff to put on it (jam, cheese, ham) -nutella/chocolate was missing-, unattractive food salad, very sweet and industrial-like fruit juice, etc.
We are used to drink very good coffee and we thought theirs was quite bad.
Disappointing breakfast for a stay of 112.00€ per night!
Strengths:
- Large and spacious room
- Nice rooftop terrace
- Location: very central
- The day of departure you can leave your suitcase for the day for free
- Reliable wifi
- Reception 24h/24
- Late check-out
- Typical Andalusian house with a patio: I personally love this style!
Weaknesses:
- Breakfast: not very continental, very basic and not attractive / on the pictures it seemed we could have breakfast on the rooftop terrace - wrong / 08-10h too early for us, until 11h would have been great
- Walls are very thin and you can hear noise very easily (bring earplugs)
- Staff not as friendly for a B&B, they are ok but I was expecting them to be more welcoming and chatty
- Very small double bed: it seemed smaller than 1m40...
Excellent location. ...wonderful service

Just spent 2 days in Sevilla and stayed at this B&B.
It's situated in an authentic building in a barton street iright in the center of town. Everything is within walking distance. Super. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you or give you tips.
My room was a single, nothing fancy but everything you need. Yes it was a little daten but it was clean and served its purpose. The only negative about this particular room was the fact that because of its location on the inside of the building, it did not have daylight. On a positive note...nice and cool as a result. On top of that, the room come with AC too. For one night, no problem....
Breakfast was more than enough, no hot dishes but lots of other items. The hotel also offers free coffee or tea in the afternoon...
In short, wonderful staff and location for good value.
Good location

I booked through booking.com and it was around €350 for the week I was there. The room was basic but pleasant: a double bed, a twin bed that seemed to be functioning as a "couch," a dresser, and a bathroom with shower.
Breakfast was free and from 8:00-10:00. There was a small variety of breads, lunchmeat & slices of cheese, pineapple, yogurt, cereals, and a coffee machine.
The lobby offered free wifi in the lobby, but not in the rooms- this was okay but not really ideal for a solo traveler like me.
The staff was friendly and the location was good. Right next to the fine art museum, and the short (15 min) walk to the city center was pleasant. If you can find the river, you can't get lost :)
Family Visit

Just returned from visiting a family member in Seville and stayed for the second time at the Bed and Breakfast Naranjo, the main reason we stay at this small hotel is that it is close to all places you want to visit, the main centre is just a ten minute walk away with all the shops and bustling nightlife, the cultural quarter with the Cathedral and Alkazar is a further 5 minutes away also a cold buffet breakfast is included in the price, the hotel is clean and well maintained, would visit again.
