A nice find in Rome

Little bit awkward to find at first but well worth the effort. the address we went to was not where the bed and breakfast was . The lady from this address took us about 200 metres down the road to where our room was ,we had to go through three locked doors to get to our room . the room was lovely with a lovely bathroom we where very pleased. Local to the apartment was some nice restaurants which was given to us by the landlady.Breakfast could either be in the room , Tea and coffee packet toast fruit yoghurt , or you could go to a cafe around the corner and have fresh coffee with sandwich or sweet pastries ,there was also a fridge in the room ,and a safe. The location was fantastic a 5 min walk through thhe park to the coliseum . Metro was opposite coliseum. apartment ,felt very safe. Would definitely want to use this apartment if visiting Rome again.

Perfect location, just 500metres away from the colosseum. Very clean and modern hotel, it a bit hided, you need to pass to gates before you get in to the hotel. Highly recommend to book airport shuttle service, they transfer you quickly to the hotel. The receptionist Rita, she is a very helpful lady, however she doesnt speak in english very well, it was difficult to understand her, she mixed italian and english language. The room was huge with air conditioning. The only negativ thing is about the hotel, we tried to find the receptionist lady many times in the morning hours, when she should be in the hotel, but we couldnt. We paid when we arrived, but we didnt get any receipt. The hotel breakfast is more like snacks, it is good to start the day. It had huge king size bed. However the street was busy, there was a club close, never heard any noise. Recommended.

Great B&B,lovely courtyard with tables and chairs,which you can have your breakfast or afternoon or evening drinks,super hosts,great location,close to bars.supermarkets,( conads, just a short walk away it's like a English aldis) lots of eateries in walking distance .buses,trains,metro,colosseum minutes away.

We stayed in Terme di Traiano for 3 nights in January.
The location is perfect as it is a short walk to the colosseum (5 min) and also close to Termini central station and Vittorio Emanuelle subway (10/15 min). The neighbourhood is very calm and we alway felt very safe even coming back at night.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. They look modern and better than other older B&Bs in Rome,exactly as in the pictures. There was some noise from the other rooms but nothing very bad. The building is in a gated 'private' street so it means you won't hear any traffic noise.

You can choose between having breakfast in the room or in a nearby caffe. We prefered to have it in the room because we wanted to make the most of our short stay in Rome and this way we could eat while getting ready. The room breakfast has hot coffee, milk and tea (diy), juices and yogurts, toasts and crackers with butter, jam and nutella (yey!). It's enough to get you started in the day.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help. We were able to leave our luggage after the checkout before leaving for the airport which was very convenient.

You have to be aware the B&Bs in Rome are not your standard hotel with 24hours front desk, restaurant or perfect signage (you do have to look for a door bell). For us, we wanted an affordable place, that was clean, safe and close to the city center and for that we definetly recommend Terme di Traiano.

The room was beautiful and clean
Girl was helpful
Building was stunning

Breakfast provided we chose to go to pepe bar which was a sweet pastry and coffee but we brought cereal and fruit with us and had it in our room before heading out

Couldn't do more for you

Would deffo stay here again as great location as close to must see things and bars
