Great personal stay, would recommend it for anyone
Ilse Kon 04/04/2017 12:09We travelled to Veere for a weekend away and we loved Bed & Brood. The room was amazing ( the romantic room with jacuzzi), the owners lovely and the breakfast was great. The surroundings are really nice, the town is small but very calm and relaxing and we travelled throughout Zeeland and enjoyed the small villages and the relaxt atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a (romantic) get away in a nice relaxt surrounding!

MishaH76on 10/08/2016 14:57Overall a very good stay. The hosts were nice and friendly. The rooms were big and the breakfast was really tasty and had a lot of choices! Veere is a very nice place to visit Zeeland. We were in a double room with terrace and it was a bit pricey because we never used the terrace but it had a very nice bathtub with water jets. All in all a great stay. The hotel Parking was a bit difficult because they dont have enough space for all guests so it was a bit of luck (we found a space in 80% of the time)

Frederik Ton 11/07/2016 18:13Have stayed there before, and have recommended the hotel to friends and business partners in the past as this is a truly beautiful venue. But most recently they showed a somewhat disturbing business behaviour, which made me rethink and in the end, I decided that I cannot further recommend this hotel.
I had asked the hotel to change my booking from 3 nights to 2 nights - which was a fair request and perfectly within their own T&Cs. To my surprise the hotel declined that request, suddenly pulling up a "3 nights minimum stay" ... whilst my initial booking confirmation only states a "2 nights minimum stay". The hotel was not available for further discussion and so we could not come to a mutual agreement.
What puzzles me the most is that they would apparently have accepted a full cancellation of the 3 nights rather than keeping 2 fully paid nights and just one night being cancelled. I am not sure if this has to do with the fact that it is currently high season and all other hotels in that area seem to be fully booked or at least going at much higher rates or if it is just a flaw in their software. Still this episode and the hotel's staff handling of this leaves me very unsatisfied as a returning customer and otherwise endorsing patron.
Stylish rooms in interesting building - an excellent B&B
clp560on 25/05/2016 14:16Modern rooms in old Veere House with a lovely garden that residents could use. Good parking and strong wifi. No bar but drinks available in the lounge (honesty fridge!). Veere is atmospheric and historically interesting.

Very nice and clean rooms at good ratesto the b&b has a great location in the town itself.
Breakfast is good basic selection nothing to fancy, but what they offer is good and fresh.
