Beis Beach Hotel CLOSED!

Travelled to Corfu and was told by taxi driver that hotel had closed. Drove to the Hotel whilst trying to contact Alpha Rooms emergency number to find out whether this was true and where they had booked for us, number was not answered. Found alternative number and after numerous calls discovered we had been booked into Telemachos in Dassia, probably one of the worse hotels on the whole island, you can read other people's review of this hotel yourself. Very annoyed with Alpha Rooms and the way they do business, they had notified me via e-mail 4 hours before my flight from the UK took off that there was a problem. Contacted Alpha Rooms before paid full balance, on checking, the hotel no longer appeared on the website, asked them to contact Hotel to make sure all was in order, they confirmed that all was well and that the hotel had our booking, apparently they checked with provider, not HOTEL! I won't be using Alpha Rooms again....

Cheap hotel to use as a base

The room, and in particular the bathroom, was quite basic. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area got very crowded but there are plenty of cafes nearby that have pool that have a lot more space. The hotel is in a good location as you can easily walk to the main town area or to the next nearby resort. The hotel was somewhat lacking it atmosphere and had a limit range of activities and facilities. If I was after a week or two in the sun and this hotel come up as a last minute bargain I would probably go again knowing that I wouldn't spend much time there and use it only as a base.

Took my young daughter here for a break together and we had a great time. There was bit of a mix up with our room on arrival but this was put right the very next morning and we were moved without any problems.

We stayed on a half board basis and I wouldn't complain about either the food or the service. The pool is a little on the small side but the beach is so close it doesn't matter. There are some fantastic trips to enjoy and we had a great nightime shopping trip to Corfu town. Get out of the hotel and explore as there are some wonderful sights to see and enjoy.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutly loved it! It is so close the beach and the hotel staff are wonderful.

The swimming pool is amazing, so clean and well looked after by the staff. There are some fantastic restaurants a short walk from the hotel if you fancy dining out. The restaurant in the hotel isnt bad either.

Breakfast is really good also, there was always a wide selection of both full English and Continintal items.

Cant wait to go back here one day!

Great holiday

I have just returned from a week staying at beis beach. We had a fantastic time at this hotel..... you get what you pay for!!! We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food side of things the rooms very basic but very comfortable, air conditioned and cleaned everyday. Would stay at Beis beach again! Staff are great especially Costas
