Caroline Fon 17/06/2017 21:34This hotel was an excellent overnight stay while travelling through. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. WiFi connection was excellent. Staff very friendly and very helpful. They also have a good fitness facility that is clean and functional. The breakfast was good. Would recommemd highly.
Late arrival
Lastchance83on 15/06/2016 06:51Coming from grasse via col d'allos (very demanding climb and descend).....even at 23:50!..... a warm welcome, including a few drafts and a plate of local cheeses and an interesting chat with the owner.
Room was correct, bath a bit small but tidy and clean.
Anytime again!

Paul Fon 19/06/2015 09:07After a day's drive through the mountains we were made very welcome. Our group was offered a fixed menu which was well presented, served with courtesy and tasted excellent. The only minor disappointment was the breakfast which (we did have a lie in) at 8:30 was a bit sad.
The room was not large but was comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. Secure parking behind the hotel was a bonus. We would stay here again.
Pretty average, but OK
notshorton 07/10/2014 20:27we visited as a group of cyclists, and that is the "bread and butter" of this hotel. The rooms are somewhat variable 4 of our party were accomodated in the Gite opposite, 4 in miniscule twin rooms, and 2 of us in a huge room (for 5!), lino on the floors led to this being dubbed the "lino hotel", there was another large group of cyclists from a tour company, despite us having booked 6 months ago - I suspect that as regular customers this company had pulled rank on us! Meal ok - breakfast decidedly average, and not adequate to climb the Cime de Bonette!
Good 2 star hotel with excellent service
Neal Con 07/09/2014 16:56Arrived at the hotel and was welcomed by the young guy on reception. Very good English speaker. Very professional. Showed me to my room which was a good size, however it had a double bed with bed head at top and bottom, which is not good for me being 6ft 2in. However, he spotted this before I even mentioned it and immediately offered to move me, which I accepted. Bathroom was small and very old but very clean. Shower worked well. Dinner was a set meal with no alternatives so I opted to eat elsewhere. However, restaurant was reasonably busy so must be good quality. Private parking at back of hotel. Breakfast was basic but fresh and tasty. No fresh milk unfortunately. Overall, a lovely, well run hotel in a nice location and so near the Col de Bonnette which is just an amazing drive!
