What People are saying

Good staff, not 5 star though

darren1992on 12/08/2017 19:48

We stayed here from the 10th of August as a family of three. We arrived early in the morning but unlike the 4 other hotels we stopped at on the way we was not greeted with a drink or snack as we booked in. First impressions count and that should be a simple touch that other hotels do without thinking.

Our room was 428 which meant we had to cross a road to get to the main part of the hotel. That can be lethal when there are lots of paragliding vans trying to pass and tend not to stop for you. Its not quite all-inclusive as you do not get a free go on the ala-cart as you do in most and you have to pay for the tennis etc. Every all -inclusive we have been to we have had a chance to try the ala-cart for free and the facilities were all free as well. Not here though.

The main pool is where most families stay and the beds get taken very quickly but thats the same anywhere. The main pool is big but the kids pool is tiny and the adult pool is for over 18 so if you have a teen they may have a problem swimming. All the pools are clean and well kept. The food is good but not great, not the biggest selection as such but its still enough. The staff are polite and helpful and my daughter took to Bob and loved playing French balls and watching the animation team at night. They do not have a supervised club for kids however unlike most places so be aware. Like others I think the staff help make this hotel and not the hotel itself.

The beach is not the nicest, sand is very stony and the sea gets deep very quickly. You have a nice walk along it though. Local shops nearby will try and sell you anything but to be honest they dont hassle you as much as they do in Egypt and can be nice to chat too. I had a Turkish shave and my daughter had braiding. The weather was great if you love hot and lets face it thats why we go. We all went paragliding and you can see them fly over all day from the hotel and beach as you land pretty much next to it.

Billy runs the Turkish baths and did us a good deal on a massage, face masks and bath and even let my daughter who is 8 go for free. The masseurs are very good and we ended up going twice.

Overall the place is old and needs work, having the hotel separated by a road is a bit odd but you get used to it. The gym is tiny but usable and they have 2 pool tables and 2 table-tennis tables to use for free. If I came back to this area I would look around at other hotels first but if I to stay there again I would have no problem with that either.

Wonderful Oludeniz and Belcekiz Beach

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and third time to Oludeniz, just love this place. Hotel is good value for money, rooms are adequate, wifi is poor! It's good that hotel now has free sun beds on beach. We had great fun and entertainment with Emre in the adult pool, he was great! Holiday overall was good,

Holiday to remember

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Club Belcekiz beach hotel and where do we start to review this hotel ?.
Arrived at around 6am after a long night and was shown to the annex , after seeing the room and then visiting the restaurant shortly afterwards I was beginning to think I had made a mistake booking the place but 24 hours later I had completely changed my mind .
Rooms are small but clean, food is excellent and the Sunday dinner is better than any Carvery you will go to in England , the Yorkshire puddings are amazing and being a Yorkshireman I know . There are Curry nights, Mexican nights , grilled fish , pastas in fact everything, both my daughter and her friend are vegetarians and they found plenty to eat . If you don't find anything then ask the chef politely he will cook you something, we did one night and he cooked the girls a vegetarian curry .
Pool area was packed when we there and we struggled to get a bed but there are beds in the shaded garden . Beach is fine but the beds and brollies could do a makeover .
So we may now be thinking after all of this why would I give it 5 stars?. The answer is the staff and the service they supply in abundance . They simply made our holiday .
Let's start with the Animation team ,led by their manager Air . Great fella who talks like a Brit with all the accents rolled into one then his team Beza, Bob, Yana , Ahmed (elvis) and the rest of the crew ,who I apologise to for not remembering their names but were such a great friendly bunch of people who we grew to Love . Always had a chat to us throughout the day and night and we miss them already .
Then there's the restaurant and bar staff , lovely lovely people who work so hard for you and ensure you are never short of a drink or a friendly conversation . It would be unfair to single anyone out but Emre and the Lady restaurant manager, again who I apologise to for forgetting her name , were just outstanding and the effort they put in to ensuring everybody was satisfied was breathtaking . One waiter I must single out though is Ahmet who works in the main restaurant and Plaza bar, the lad is a credit to the hotel and treat my family like we were special but he did that for everybody .
I have visited hotels in Belek, Side, Bodrum and Antalya and in most cases these were proper 5 star hotels but I would go back to the Belcekiz beach before I return to any of them as the people who work there make the place what it is .
If you are coming in the next few weeks and months I envy you but I suggest you do what we did and make friends with the staff/entertainment team and you will not go far wrong.
I hope to return to this hotel one day and quite frankly it can't come soon enough but I will just finish by thanking the Belcekiz beach management and staff for giving me and my family a holiday to remember. All our love Bob , Shazza , Bena and Moll.

Lovely Hotel

We have just returned from a weeks holiday, the location, food and staff are fantastic especially Emri in the adult pool, he is a real asset to the Hotel. Loved that drinks were served at the table at night, no queuing for drinks. They were very strict on the all inclusive ending at midnight, it was literally midnight not a minute after even if they were too busy to serve you before midnight. The notice in the room states free safe box but it isn't you have to pay, they need to change the sign, you also have to pay for Tennis which you don't find out until you get there. The only really disappointing thing was the room for 3, we all paid the same amount of money but the 3rd bed for a 6ft teenager was a chair that sort of turned into a bed.... this would put us off returning with the children to be honest. Overall great place.

Fab holiday

Stayed for one week at end of July - cannot fault any part of this hotel- great location. Stayed in annex - lovely surroundings & quiet.
Spent most of the week at the relax pool - run by Emre - what an amazing man. He kept us topped up all the time - very attentive & made our holiday with his great personality - we are still laughing now!!!.
Food is great - lots to choose from - excellent Sunday roast.
Will definitely be back - especially to see Emre.
