Fab apartments

The four of us stayed here for a week (2 adults & 2 children). The room was spacious & clean and the bathroom was simple but adequate (good shower). I would recommend getting the air conditioning as the rooms stay very warm in the evenings. The pool area is nice & clean. The staff are excellent & the food in the bar was really good. Bella vista is a 10/15 min walk to the supermarkets & harbour where you'll find excellent restaurants. We tended to walk into the main town in the evening to eat then get a taxi back to the hotel (6 euros). The sunsets are amazing & I would return. Yammas 🇬🇷☀️

Not as we hoped...

2.5 stars max ....Based on the reviews, we were quietly confident about our choice for this years family holiday. We had 2 rooms for a family of 5. The rooms we were allocated could not have been more different.... our teenage children had the best deal by far as their room was clean, bright relatively modern. There was a huge superking bed in the main sleeping room and twin L shaped beds in thd living area.. the rooms were large and airy with modern style glazing.... ours on the other hand was a total disgrace ! Dark very dirty, shabby almost cave like very old stained double bed a kitchen area which was totally unuseable....the towels werent fit for rags..... i have got photo evidence our balcony and floor of our apartment wasnt swept pre us arriving and wasnt cleaned all week..... we will be submitting this to our tour operator... so why 3 stars i hear you ask....? Because the location was charming, the pool area was lovely as was the snack bar and the food ....which was not overpriced in comparison to the town if you were feeling lazy ! The walk into town isnt that bad, but it is a pain if you need provisions especially water....an earlier review described "utopia"... this isnt utopia, but its pleasant if you get given the right room....the incredible sunsets do go someway in making it slightly better, but dirty shoddy rooms go someway in making it unpleasant. I wouldnt recommend these apartments without being guarunteed i wouldnt be put in room 9 !

Lovely place

This place is very pretty and quiet but found some extras was pricey so was the bar! 50 euros for air con which we couldn't get the night we arrived. To keep the room was an extra 20 euros and only till 5pm we wasn't collected till 9pm so didn't bother. Spoke mainly to the bar man but found drinks expensive. Pool was nice but spent more time away from there and went to the local beaches. Rooms were clean the cleaners would turn up a different times tho sometimes while getting ready to go out for the evening! We would go back to sissi but would find different accommodation!

The family that run these apartments are lovely. Attentive, friendly and kind. Rooms great, service great and atmosphere so relaxing. Definitely going back and highly recommended if you want a peaceful holiday with friendly socialising

Stayed here for one week . A quiet retreat , with great pool overlooking sea and malia . Rooms generous size and very clean . Recommend purchasing sir con at 59euro per week . Nearest beach 20 minute walk away , but no possibility of sunbed/ umbrella hire. Bufos beach 40 minute walk, sand /stone but lovely , and able to hire sun bed. Sissi village and nearest supermarket 20 minute walk . Taxi from sissi to hotel 6 euro .
Some lovely tavernas in town , but can also purchase decent food at pool bar.
