2xson 15/07/2017 20:43Nothing outstanding, fairly average in all respects. Clean enough, rooms adequate. Friendly welcome, decent parking. Freezing cold though, and nowhere for people who smoke. No outdoor seating or table, and when I shifted a seat, it was returned to it's original position within about an hour. Could be better

Reasonable cost, and genial hosts. The unit was clean. Excellent shower - one of the best motel showers I have ever used. The unit had an efficient heater - essential for a Palmerston North winter! Would happily stay again.

very helpful when we arrived, husband and wife team did a room shuffle when i arrived in office and i was having minor anxiety and pain after our trip.
the room was very nice, spacious, clean and tidy and welcoming.
very close to a big shopping mall and supermarket and park.
i have no complaints, am very happy with the motel, very acomidating management.

RubyMareeon 30/12/2016 14:00I've had such a good experience with Bella Vista in Rotorua I gravitated to Bella Vista here and was glad I did. Lovely hosts, nicely appointed room, set back from the road so very quite and peaceful, everything I wanted. I'd happily stay here again.
Great stay
NewZealandCarveron 18/09/2016 06:19Have previously stayed around 4 times. This motel is our first choice in Palmerston North. Clean, tidy, nice decor and central to CBD. Within few minutes walk to shops, several restaurants and supermarket (Pak 'n Save). Grounds and buildings kept very tidily. Owners very pleasant and helpful/attentive. When booking, there is no bother in requesting a particular room. Little or no traffic noise and good parking area. Small table and chairs outside. Upon arrival owners escort you to the room. Room itself is quite large (for 2 people), very functional with sufficient room to move around in and good storage space. Bathroom good size with basin, toilet and shower all positioned without 2 people having to 'dance around each other'. Thoroughly recommended.
