A nice hotel, not so far away from the center, very close to the metro station, nice breakfast clean room, not so strong wifi, very nice and comfortable bathroom, not so expensive, a good choice for wien!!!

Not the best place ever stayed but comfortable enough. Breakfast was superb, service was fine as well. Rooms are old but charming, though facilities are outdated and they need an upgrade. Other than that hotel was fine.

Comfortable rooms, WiFi strong and working everywhere in the hotel. The building is old but renovated. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good, I liked the tea selection. The tram station is across the street and well connected to the center of the town. My business plan was very hectic and I wasn't much at the hotel but I enjoyed every moment of it.

We came in with a group ( tour operator ). We did not face any problems but many in the group was not happy with things. By the bahnhof . Good to shop nearby including a super market. Rooms are large. Breakfast is acceptable. You get what you pay but here , clean and goıd.

This has been a terrible experience.
I was very shocked about how poor the housekeeping service here is. When I just arrived the hotel room and went into the toilet, I found that that there are a lot of toilet papers and (probably) the excretion of the previos visitots inside the toilet. obviously the hotel staff didnt clean the room properly. It is terrible!!
When I was about to go and take the shower, I found that there's no hot water!!!! What I can do is to open the tap for hot water and wait for a very long long time to get some not very warm water. My boyfriend has asked the reception staff and she said the water heating system of the hotel is down and they needa wait for the next day and get it fixed..... what's more, the water in the bathtube cannot drain smoothly and thus making it very slippery.
Also, I heard from the persons staying at next door saying that there are a lot more of different kinds of problems re their hotel room like broken windows and lights, etc.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
