Not worth the money...

Good things about this hotel are location - if you need to visit Clinical Center Kosevo and the fact that they do change towels every day, otherwise not even that.
Where to begin?
First of all staff is extremely unpleasant i.e the manager and the receptionst lady. We had wifi problems, when asked for help the answer from hotel manager was "I don`t care"! Cleaning ladies were nice though.
Rooms are very small and dark with small bathroom. Toilet paper is the cheapest that can be found. No air conditioning and yes the refrigerator is way too noisy. TV is from another era, I would say from last century.
Breakfast? Again the cheapest products that there are / cheap ham , cheap cheese, butter and jam, cooked eggs. That is it. No milk, no yogurt, no scrambled eggs etc.
To make the long story short, overall experience is of a youth hostel. If you intend to visit Sarajevo stay away from this ho(s)tel.

This hotel is clean, in a good location. 5-7 min walking to the "Vječne vatre". Extremly polite stuff, who will help you in everithing you need. Breakfast is so so, but you have good bakery close with perfect Pitas. Rooms are not big, but beds are nice. Bathroom is "diferent" and shower is realy small, but you need it for few minutes in morning and evening. Very interested city with his own charm, and PERFECT food. Wi-Fi is free and work good. You have free little car park beside the totel. It is a little but it is free.

Guest is not at all important

This is one of those places, where a guest is first shown the bad rooms, to obtain a better one (never understood the rationing behind it). The room we got had no balcony, but a window giving out' to the garden' (meaning: roofs). Extremely small room, tiny shower (same worn slippers, as another guest mentioned, still sitting there). Double bed with single sheets. Noisy fridge. No airco. No curtains to be closed. Breakfast very poor, with only factory food, fake juice, fake ham, fake cheese. When critisized the lady receptionist remarked that this was supposed a very good breakfast, compared to other hotels.

Parking, 1.5 miles to center

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in July 2012. We picked it because it was away from the very congested old town center and we wanted a place to park our car. The hotel is not spectacular but the room was spacious and the bathroom was above average. Breakfast was good and they let us keep our car in the gated lot for the whole day after we'd checked out.

We enjoyed making the walk down hill into the old town center. Also, taxis in Sarajevo are rather inexpensive so not hard to get to where you need to be from here. I think it was about $5 cab fare to the major museums.

Really Bad Experience

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights (business).
First of all, the sign in front of the hotel was stating that it's a 3 Stars hotel. However we made reservation with considering it as a 4 Stars hotel. You may see the picture that I uploaded. All the disappointments started with this.
They gave me a room with 2 beds; couldn't get a kingsize bed. They offered me 2 alternative rooms with kingsize bed however one of them didn't have a window and the heater in the other room wasn't working.
The bed was really narrow.
The furniture in the hotel including the ones in the room is old.
The TV in the room was 14 inch. No minibar! Phone wasn't working.
There is an old slipper in the room which was used by dozens of guests and the hotel expect you to be the next one.
Bathroom was really small and poor. Shower doesn't have a screen. You are dealing with curtain. Last day there was no hot water.
I doubt about the cleanliness of the hotel.
Even we arrived in mid of May it was snowing unfortunately and of course the room was cold. They opened the heater after midnight. There is no air conditioner in the room so you can open and warm the room.
Wi-fi is free of charge.
Breakfast is extreemly poor.
The hotel doesn't have a lobbly.
Two ladies stayes in the front desk with shifts in day time. They are extremely helpful and kind. For instance the hotel doesn't have umberalles so you can borrow one so the lady gave me her personal one. However after 7pm, a gentlemen stays in the front desk with zero english. Therefore you are on your own!
From the hotel it takes 15 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.
Don't stay in this hotel!
