Decent hotel with best location and connectivity you can have in Colombo. Private entry to the beach (Available only in Berjaya and Mt Lavinia Hotels in Colombo). Clean and tidy place. Sea facing rooms were awesome.we got free passes for Sunset Sessions a musical event. The GM Mr Pravir Mishra very good and friendly person.

I stayed in a 3rd floor room in May the room was clean, comfortable and had a great view.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Ms Manel who came and spoke to me to make sure I am happy with the room.
Food was fabulous as well, i will definitely recommend the hotel to all my friends.

We had our family get together at Berjaya hotel. Hotel seems bit gloomy, but with the great service of front office executive Mr. Gihan, we were encouraged to visit the beach restaurant. From there we had a great time and our family get together held on a royal manner with delicious dishes of Berjaya. One again I would like to thank Mr. Gihan for encouraging us to held our family get together in Berjaya and hope to see you soon.
I would recommend this hotel for any function, Berjaya staff will do the best.Thank you.

Check-out can be slow. No wifi. Not for light sleepers.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Good facilities. Good breakfast. Access to the beach.

Nothing to complain, except for the fact that even without a stocked minibar, we had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be checked (if we had stolen towels) before we could leave.

No wifi, other than in the lobby.

Avoid if you are a light sleeper - as the train is just a few meters away, and is quite noisy.

The staffs are wonderful, the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast could be better, but that's ok. The pool area is agradable and clean. In the backside hotel sometimes there a train and the sound reach till at room, but for me this not is a problem.
