Nice and clean hotel, near to metro station
Axl Zon 03/08/2017 19:22A nice and clean hotel, near to metro station and food shops. Specious rooms, and normal prices. Polite staff and helpfull. Lockated a little far from the center (Alexanderplatz) but it has near metro station and uber. Near to ZOO as well.

Room was ok, but the bed was a little bit too hard
enjoyed the possibility for coffee/tea/juice at the business lounge
short distance to Kurfurstendam and U-bahn, and though quite calm area
Stay at the Berlin Mark Hotel
O7382ZLjameslon 01/08/2017 17:00Location was very good;-) but sadly for what they call a business room was very poor and very disappointed customer service was not the best on arrival, the person did not even smile. The pillows where very flat and when I asked for further pillows it took up to four times of asking before I received them and the bedding on one of the beds was dirty and again I had to ask for it to be changed on four attempts and it was never done. So I strongly feel that some of the cost of the room to be return due to poor service and standards.
Comfortable staying in Berlin
G9729VLelenadon 01/08/2017 13:10Berlin Mark Hotel is a very comfortable and clean hotel where stay in. Our trip lasted for three days and we are satisfied with the location and the communication with the town centre of this hotel. The staff also so nice.
