Beautiful Property, fantastic location but with less functionality

The room was huge, the furnishers were classic and cupboards were many but...... the functionality of the hotel is under question. With such a facility, I cannot insert my little MacBook Air inside the locker..>! Tissue paper box is missing anywhere in the room... The bath room is huge with less lighting ( i am talking about Room 26)... The billing when we checked out was messy... They have two kinds of bills one for the room and another for the restaurant... why???? The room was cozy and comfortable but .... there were not enough pillows and towels.. Why? Why should I pay $200 for such kind of non-functional room...

We have to order the breakfast out of 6 choices the day before!! Why... i donot know....! It takes time even when you say your number with your fingers (English is not understood or spoken!!!!)...

Three of us stayed in three different rooms in three different floors....>!! Every night we have the menu items and none understood properly....! When we ordered French fries for the starter.. it was served with main course.... Ha Ha Ha...!

Will someone read this review and do something about it...>!

We plan to go there soon in another two months time... Trust there will be some improvements...
or Pray there will be some improvements....!
