Eugenio Bon 19/08/2017 01:00If you like fondue bourguignonne, this is a good place to stop by and try it.
We normally go to the stube (in the hotel there are other restaurants, including a good Chinese one). It's cute and pleasant. But, the real good thing is the Swiss beef diced and ready to be gently fried in the special pot with the flame under it. All that comes with the meet, i.e., rice, roesti, various sauces, liches, onions, etc., is good.

I had the racclette which was very tasty however the waiter struggled to find places to plug the machine in... if you offer things in the menu make sure you can serve without having to disturb/ move around your customers too much!
Beautiful romantic place
Coco_DCCon 22/04/2017 01:05This place is amazing! Located in Gstaad town next to all the shops and restaurants and surrounded by the Alps mountains. It's the perfect place if you want to have some quiet and a classy time to relax. The town is around an hour away by train from Montreux and it has a really nice taste with pricy designer shops like Luis Vuitton and Prada and other designer shops. I've tried the restaurant at the hotel and it was really good with an outdoor seating. The service was excellent too.

poo_5on 12/04/2017 22:28Loved every bit of my stay here. The staff were very very helpful, pleasant and just genuinely very nice people. Hotel, amenities, room, facilities, breakfast all were exceptional!!! Location: also exceptional!!! Right behind the train station!!
Unreliable
129327on 13/03/2017 11:46To avoid as excellent hotels at different prices are abundant in the area. The hotel has perhaps the smallest lobby in the world of 4* (hardly comfortable and can accommodate 6 persons at a stretch), restaurants are basic and the service is patchy. No bar to speak of. SPA is ok. The skiroom is inconvenient and plainly unsafe as an antique ski rack with sharp edges makes it very difficult to reach out to skis at the back. Rooms are austere, some with no proper chairs or sofas to relax on. The only bright spot is the front desk crew that tries very hard to compensate for poor management and otherwise unpredictable service. We've seen many better appointed 3*s.
