This place has its act together. Great location, nice rooms, EXCELLENT service, complimentary access to a full gym near by. close to the Pinellas Trail for biking and running. Local breweries all around. Near historic Main Street. It is a definite keeper! Also, a popular bar/pub with entertainment is on site,

Came here with my wife’s family for a long weekend getaway. We booked two rooms and they were very clean minus the pull out sofa sheet, but we switched it out. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel as the beach towels and information about the area was great. Beds were very firm and the parking situation was odd. On one occasion we couldn’t find parking due to the restaurant on site having many patrons on a busy Saturday night. Not enough to complain about since the valet was very helpful. Overall a great place and value, we will definitely stay here again.

We spent 6 days here in room 320 and Our room had a view of the water and the pools below. The room was clean. Someone came in every day to fix our bed and change towels if we left them on the floor in the bathroom. They provide towels for the pool and free bikes. My only complaint is the room is small and dark. The wall AC is very loud and runs all the time. There is no light in the shower and no exhaust fan. This room also had a very small fridge.

Went here for a wedding and stayed two nights. Had a waterfront view on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. It was a great place to spend the weekend. Very close to downtown Dunedin (easy to bike or if not too hot, to walk). It's not really a "resort" in my mind, but so convenient (I think all rooms have a kitchen sink and small fridge which was unexpected and a nice perk). It was quiet when we were there, but I can see (and they told us) that it would be very loud when they have special events at the Tiki Bar.

I can’t recommend this place enough, been to the states 30 times and this has been the best place I’ve stayed at. The tiki bar is buzzing with great food and tremendous service. The rooms were clean and the owner had put water and milk in the fridge and left tea and biscuits and wine for us. WiFi worked great , free bikes which is a great way to get around Dunedin, pools and communal areas clean,tidy and well maintained. This place is Boss. George from Scotland
