Free parking= Only Street parking (public) and it is not guaranteed.
Free beach use= No way. Grab your towel and go to a public beach.
Breakfast are served at the basement when they have a strees level porch

The location is the best location

We were in hotel joust for sleeping at night. It was enough for us. the hotel is in downtown near the beach and shopping centers. Just some times there was smell of smoking. And there was not any washing liquid.

I am only going to give my clear and unbiased opinion as i saw it
the hotel in general needs of updating especially the restaurant, the room seems to be good everything works taps/shower..etc, get cleaned everyday, there is an aircon did not use, the noise cannot be avoided due to location near major road there is a good double glazed doors, the towels get changed once every three days, the TV all Turkish, the lift inside door jammed open, the reception they are ok but don't speak good English but get by and they are friendly enough, the breakfast what you would expect in turkey the same every day cold buffet, the WI FI at the reception area just about get by, no swimming pool but the location by the beach and center is brilliant, in general what i expect from 3* hotel in turkey.

hotel extremly dirty, bads, furniture, even walls not painted with flakes, bathroom awful with must and mold, everything old, not renovated, broken, even doors to the room after thief, no pool, restaurant not in hotel - it is necessary to cross the big street, at it is on the oposite side to hotel, food not fresh - many people during our stay was sick!!!!, floors very blinkered so that is almost immpossible to go with luggage, service not pleasent at reception. We change rooms three times during one week stay and change restaurat, finally to the other hotel. This place schould be closed! Deep renovation is more then necessary!!!!!!! the managment should think how to change everything in this hotel apart bautifull view on the seaside - the potential of this place!

Two main buildings one is just at the sea above the cafe which I stayed at the other one is across the street also facing the sea
Just few steps and you are in the sea
5 minutes walk and you are at the center of the city
No need for public transit unless you are going to see the castle or Cleopatra beach
Food is okay
The sunset & sun rise from room 703 is perfect
