The food is very good and the service is always served first class.
The family run shows out standing hard work with their commitment to all round customer enjoyment.
Hans makes first class cocktail - a must to have.
Just an average hotel. Not very impressive.
sagicaprioon 20/02/2017 22:20This hotel from the outside looks pretty good, inside is not that bad but the room has some weird smell not sure it's the cigarette or the room does not have a good ventilation. The bed quality was pretty bad and the WIFI was pretty weak. I almost could not get any signal in my room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast is just average. Compare with the price and the quality, that might be the price you pay for.

There is no AC so windows must be open and the street is a bit noisy even at night. The beds and pillows are wrapped in anti bed bug / soiling poly making them very hot and uncomfortable.
Good value but my nights were sleepless.

The waitress were kind and reliable
To be visited once more for business but even for relax

Leem921on 28/01/2016 15:23I made my first visit to this hotel in January 2016 after everything in Augsburg (where I normally stay) was full. The hotel has had a recent make over (some of which is still going on), so it is clean and attractive. My room was slightly on the small side (certainly not small by Manhattan standards) but it was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was quite nice. Best of all was the staff. They were just genuinely friendly and helpful - you just know they are really nice people! Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed and you will love the prices!
