I waited at the airport for their shuttle for over 2 hours. Phone calls to the hotel brought promises of a shuttle on its way, but they didn't appear until much later.
Upon checking out, they said they weren't able to print my bill, but said they would delete the charge and email the receipt to me. I didn't receive a copy of the invoice, although I was able to get a copy of the receipt from Choice Privileges.
Stand your ground at this property and don't let them charge for a safe.

room was good not the best, i booked for 3 persons but didnt get enough soap and shampoo but i asked and was given. Breakfast just needs some eggs and sausage but its good, nice orange juice. went after storm so place needed a lil cleaning up, loved the parking but it needs paint on those walls, computer was broken there is only one.

We arrived very late at night. We had reserved our hotel and the check-in clerk was very nice. We got to our room and the air conditioner did not work. We went back to the clerk and he found another room for us. It was ok. Laminate floors, drapes that don't close well,, etc. The lobby was lovely, The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. The AC in our room leaked, so I kept stepping on wet spots on the floor on my way to the bathroom. The tub was very discolored. The towels are small and few and far between. I told the front desk that we wanted fresh towels each day. When we returned to our room, they had taken the used bath towel, but did not replace it. They also left the wash clothes and didn't give us fresh ones. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights, as we came to Florida awaiting the death of my brother. He did pass away after a 2 night stay of the 5 nights we had reserved. When we checked out, they charged us for the 3rd night because we didn't cancel in time. Then they tried to charge us twice for the parking fee. The breakfast was very skimpy. OJ, a couple kinds of sliced bread, waffles, 3 types of dry cereal and coffee. We stayed there because the price was reasonable since we had such a long stay planned.

It's amazing how people are so quick to talk bad about anything... my daughter and I where there for hurricane Irma and I commend front desk staff for handling such a stressful time with out most professionalism and care even when under pressure. I dealt with Amanda and will forever be grateful.... thank you.. She's def manager material...

Ask for help a general manager with no involvement. I believe is not ready for management position. Seems like good person, but has a limit to intelligence preparation.
Real ghetto like customers. Creepy. Prices being charged is out of question for return on investment. Apparent young girl ( 21) is front desk manager with little or no experience who loves telling customer she is the new manager, this is an affirmation need. Says she is Italian, but speaks a local Spanish. Well to each his own and everyone deserves what they book for in hospitality. Say goodbye to nites on Broadway Inn, first an last.
Does not care of guests, complains just takes guests money, but when require service , can't do this or that, that's the way it is.. Girls with more experience treat guest much human manner. This is a mess, or is something funny ... where there is smoke, there is fire.....If I were Choice would cancel this franchise for their brand name is under severe scrutiny.
Lines of up to 20 minutes to check in. Then act a if nothing and treat you as scumbags.
There is good people but under pressure to not act , make opinions .... needs urgent change but imagine hourly rates being must be as low as staff level.... This is a Titanic a question of time before exploding.
Housekeeping knocks on door at 8:30 AM. is this a human alarm clock. Anyways some nice people being exploited.
From bad to worst. Needs structural changes.
