jim552on 01/08/2017 19:22Good service but the hotel needs some maintenance. This are showing the signs of wear and tear and because of this aren't working as well as they should. Otherwise everything else was fine. The breakfast area was recently remodeled is a great improvement over the prior area.
Trip for hubby and I
chrispZ8113DZon 29/07/2017 19:28We stayed at this hotel on July 28th. We had been traveling all day just spending time together. We checked in late but, it was easy and only took a couple of minutes to all the details. We had a room with a king bed. It was clean and roomy. Bathroom was roomy as well. I had no issues at all with the room except 1. For me, the pillows and bed was just a little to soft for me. But hey, can't have everything right? Where would you put it? The other thing I really liked was the night as well as the day time staff were very friendly. That includes the hard working staff that clean the rooms. Thank you all. The breakfast was also good. Bacon wasn't burnt, the biscuits were soft and warm. I thought the price was fair. Thank you again to the staff and all your hard work.
Good location but room air conditioners need cleaning
LoreneRSon 28/07/2017 20:16I stayed at this hotel on 7/22 and 7/23/17. The first room's a/c unit smelled so "musty" (like mold) that I had to shut-off the a/c unit. I would have requested an immediate room change but at 11pm I didn't feel like going through the hassle. The next morning I told the front desk clerk about the problem. When I returned the afternoon clerk didn't seem to know anything about the problem and offered to give me a different room. The second room's a/c unit was much better but also had a faint "musty" smell each time it cycled on.
Vacation in Albuquerque!!!
karria2017on 27/07/2017 17:09Took the train to Albuquerque from Southern California stayed at the best western we were not disappointed it is a very nice hotel. Only complaint is we did not have a car one day and wanted to walk to grab dinner but not too many places near by
Getting medical attention stay

The hotel was very accommodating in allowing us an early check in to get settled before the appointment and helped with extra towels and garbage bags due to some minor bleeding that was anticipated during the evening. Thank you!!
