I stayed one night at this hotel for business purposes. Some issues: a dripping tub (told the building is old and this just is what it is), wiring - there is an open strand of 4 plugs put together for the TV and apparently the cable company and hotel thinks this is acceptable, sequins in the carpet (definitely not mine) along with lots of stains, poor lighting in the bathroom, entrance door and hall doors were set up for card swipe security but were not in working order, stain under the sink, rattling in the heating duct work all night, smoking outside of every entrance. I've stayed in some sketchy places during my work travels, but this one takes the cake. Go to Comfort Inn & Suites across the street.

Stayed at a few hotels in the past year and I was impressed by the comfort and size of the room. What I wasn't too happy about is this hotel does not accept cash. It is credit card payment only. I know some families and people don't have credit cards and being tired after driving a distance, these people who have to keep driving to find another hotel. I wasn't too happy about using a credit card but I wasn't about to place myself, the people with me and others on the highway in jeopardy of me driving being tired.

I have stayed at this place every time I have been in the area for the last 20 years or so. It is a reasonably priced place to stay. With good bedding and comfortable rooms. However, I can't help but feel that some of the staff could use a customer service class or two.

This was a Mom/Daughter mini getaway. When we arrived we were told the hot tub isn't working (the one thing I was looking forward to). Then we were told that they're website hasn't been updated in awhile and there is no shuttle to the casino. The heating lamps in our room were burnt out. When packing to leave we found the room infested with ants. My backpack was covered in them. We will never return.

Lets replace the carpet please. Or, at least clean and vacuum it. The ice machine sounded horrible and water to it ran ALL day and night. Very inefficient, loud and smelled. Why does there need to be 300 characters?
