Good value, good night's sleep
knabek3on 03/08/2017 05:09The photo of the hotel oozes 1970's, but the rooms have all been updated. Pool is good size. Free breakfast buffet had the most variety of any I've seen. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights and enjoyed all the historic sights in Concord. The room was quiet and we could not hear noise in the hall. If you are a business traveler or someone who needs sleep, ask for a second floor room on the side of the hotel overlooking the woods. You won't have the parking lot or the pool in front of your room. Only complaint was that the hotel fire alarm went off at 6:30AM on Sunday and the entire hotel had to be evacuated due to one room's shower steam setting off a smoke detector. While this was not the fault of the hotel, it kept me from giving it 5 stars. Recommend the following restaurants: Papa Razzi (good food and nice atmosphere), Main Street Cafe for lunch, Colonial Inn for dinner (built in 1716!).
Great Place to Stay
joshuacP2108JFon 02/08/2017 15:33My family and I enjoyed the night we spent at the Best Western. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was refreshing. The location is pretty ideal as well. It's right next door to a couple of great restaurants, but not far from the the downtown area of Concord.
It's a motel...
teena1014on 30/07/2017 12:15Make no mistake about it, this is a motel with sliding doors that open to the parking lot. That being said, the people were friendly and it was clean. The rooms have been remodeled, but the bathroom fixtures are still old. I stayed for business, but as a women traveling alone, I would not stay here again.
Very very and helpful staff and good breakfast
marcgC6844FEon 29/07/2017 20:51Staff here all very friendly and helpful. Good location near sites. Short drive (30 minutes maximum) to Concord sites, Cambridge and Boston. Two very good--Chinese/Japanese and Italian--restaurants next store.
Best Western is a familiar name on the road
Arlene Son 27/07/2017 20:49Best Western is a familiar name wherever we travel - We know that we can trust a certain standard of excellence while staying with them. Occasionally they are a bit more expensive than other hotels in the area, but we found that their breakfast are delicious and by eating before we leave it saves us the difference of a cheaper hotel. Would recommend Best Western to anyone.
