Great place but accommodation staff not so good
scott mon 28/07/2017 09:21Not a very good welcome on arrival to check in, the advertised picture and info on Booking.com was an upstairs room with a sea view. Being told it's a ground floor room and it doesn't matter if it's up or down stairs and I was wrong about the ad I booked. I wasn't very happy with the Booking.com ad and I thought they were wrong to question what I I had booked. Though I was going to cancel the booking and find another place that wanted my money. Couldn't complain about the food and service from the attached pub. Top marks for them from me.

Upgraded to the Ocean View room and did not disappoint.
No worries about noise from the road.
Excellent view over Waubs Bay and easy 2 minute walk to a clean, nice beach.
Facilities were clean, great balcony and walk in showers which is a bonus!
Definetly would stay again.
Superb motel
MJR048on 14/06/2017 18:40Beautiful position overlooking the ocean; fresh, clean and modern facilities. Awesome food at Bistro and room service breakfast on the patio looking out over the ocean vista. Friendly, helpful staff; a real pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended for short or long stay.
Great Tassie Weekender
Michael Jon 23/05/2017 09:16Checked in for a Saturday night dinner with friends. Great little venue with friendly staff keen to help out. Dinner at the Bistro was fantastic, the bottle-o next door got a using, and the room service was nice. The room was clean, bathroom great and had all the amenities we required. Bicheno was a great spot, and a warm day would have been beautiful. Looking to go back in summer, and can see using this venue
Reasonable motel
Peter Eon 03/05/2017 13:37Stayed two nights in a beachfront room that also had a balcony. Room was clean and modern with all expected inclusions. Bathroom nice. Wifi just average. Beach across road and some shops nearby. Ok for a short stay. Very functional. Reasonably priced.
