One Night Stay

Nice hotel, clean and tidy in both room and bathroom, food in the evening was well cooked and enjoyable (Fish and Chips for me was a good size portion). Staff were friendly at check-in and in the evening. Breakfast also fine with a reasonable mix of cooked and continental.

Free wi-fi through out. Would use again for a night

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend, lovely hotel, breakfast was really good and the lady on duty at breakfast was a credit to the hotel! Room was lovely and comfy. All staff including cleaners were very polite and helpful. Pool/gym/spa needs a bit of tlc but throughly enjoyed our stay here

Dirty towel, breakfast ok

I booked the Buckingham Suite. It was O.K but I would have expected a mini fridge or at least a bottle of water but there was neither. As we were only staying here and not eating dinner we didn't check in until later in the evening. The reception staff was very friendly. In the morning the shower was o.k but lost some of its power, i am guessing this is because more of the guests were also using the showers. I took the towel of of the rail to dry myself and it had pink streaks all over it and a dirty brown mark. I had to use the hand towel. At breakfast the table we sat at was freshly laid but had dirty napkins. The food was ok. Upon check out I informed reception about the towel and was told they would inform house keeping and that was it. The appearance is a little dated and i would have expected a higher standard of bathroom decor in a suite although it was functional.

Needs a bit of updating.

Ok hotel has was you need. Breakfast good and no complaints with dinner. Has a gym with a lovely pool. Rooms are slightly dated and some could do with new beds. All in all serves a purpose. Staff have always been good. Good location.

Comfortable stay

Visiting Silverstone and this hotel is very convenient. The public areas are nice, if you are lucky with the weather there is also outside seating. Staff are polite and friendly. Room was comfortable, although the bathroom is in need of refurbishment. However, shower worked well and plenty of hot water.

Plenty of choice at breakfast and the hot food was freshly cooked and delicious.

We did eat in the restaurant two nights running, although the food was good, I did feel it looked as if it was cooked for the masses rather than individually plated up with love.

There is a main road running past the hotel, so would suggest requesting a room at the back - very quiet at night.

I would stay again if visiting Silverstone.
