Great experience!

When we opened the door to room 133 yesterday, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Everything was neat and clean. Although the bathroom was a bit small, double sinks and counter top located outside the bathroom made things quite nice. There was a complimentary dinner (not sure what nights it's offered) that was tacos. What a nice deal after a long day of driving. Breakfast spread was excellent too, as was the coffee. Great value and staff.....stay if you're in the area. I forgot to mention the beds were heavenly.

My room was surprisingly large and could have fit a queen size blow up mattress on the floor with room to still walk around. Lacking a few towels in the bathroom area. Breakfast selection was large and the food was good. Would stay again.

As soon as we walked in the back door to get to our room, it smelled awful; like wet dog and cat litter and it only got worse in our room. The closet ceiling was leaking water and ruined some of our items, and soaked some clothes, and definitely smelled. The ceiling in the room had obvious water damage and mold. The bathroom was falling apart and was dirty, and none of the doors latched or locked, which was a huge issue with a toddler in the room with us. I asked for a crib when I made the reservation, only to find out that they did not, nor had they ever, had any available on site, so whoever made the reservation overlooked this. The breakfast was not great and we ended up at Perkins across the street a lot instead. Every time we walked in the back door we could smell marijuana from one of the rooms on the first floor, and when I was walking my toddler back from breakfast, someone had their door open and was loudly having sex. The hotel was hard to navigate to get back to your room, there is no elevator, and it smelled awful. We were not aware they allowed pets and would not have stayed had we known. One of the blankets had cigarette burns in it, sheets and towels were stained or dirty, and we had to ask for more pillows because there were none available for the pullout bed. The very visible cameras in every hallway also made us incredibly nervous about what kind of hotel this was that they needed to have several cameras set up in each hallway. This was just a terrible experience for us and we would have turned right back around and left had we not been there for a convention. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A.c. was not working In the room. Jetted tub was dirty and not well lit. Had stains on the carpet. Staff were unhelpful in resolving these problems. (Nothing was done for any of my complaints) I will not be staying at this location ever again.

Always a great stay

This is my 4th year staying with this BW hotel and each time they staff is very helpful and responsive to the needs and if things go bad in the room they are on top of it. the breakfast is good. sadly this is the last year i will stay there for this convention because of the convention moving but if i ever need that area again i am sure to go to them. They are also close to several restaurants including one that shares a parking lot.
