We decided to go to Blackpool at the las minute on Sunday the 13th August,we were allocated the owners room right at the front great views.can only say that nothing was any bother to anyone of the staff, special mention to the restaurant staff, definitely would rebook thank you all

Decent for Blackpool

I stayed one night. Room was clean. Handy internet access.

Shower was very temperamental and turned very hot without any warning - not great for kids or elderly.

Service was OK but could do better. Never tried any food - cant comment.

Makes Fawlty Towers look organised

Hotel building and room fine but woeful service and staffing levels with members of staff believing it was more important to answer the telephone at 10:30pm than serve customers queuing in the bar. Only 2 on with "the other one making sandwiches". The level of service offered does not go anywhere near to match the prices they charge!

Great Hotel

Based in a nice quiet location opposite the sea, with a tram stop nearby, which is ideal for exploring if you don't want to travel too far on foot. The hotel has recently been renovated, its clean and welcoming. The rooms are nice and clean aswell, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast whilst we stayed as an afterthought, it was £8.50 pp and well worth it, such good quality, lots to choose from and always kept topped up. The bar is reasonably priced for a hotel, and the seating area comfortable. I really can't faul this hotel, we always stop here every visit

Good 4 night stay great location

misspiggyWalsallon 14/08/2017 21:40

Booked 4 nights early August for an event at the winter gardens. Had a room with sea view, perfect. Comfortable bed nice room, bathroom a bit small lucky so are we! Didn't book breakfast , bar reasonable for a hotel, had Sunday lunch, good price £10.95 for 2 courses, but a little disappointed, roast potatoes over seasoned and no mash. Meat a little dry, was ok. Good location nice and quiet. Only moan is paying £5 a night to park. Would stay again.
