I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The manager was very friendly. The WiFi didn't work, and when I tried to call the front desk, I got a dial tone on the phone, but it wouldn't dial. It was really only a minor inconvenience. For the price, I thought it was ok.

Superb stay for my family

We rented 4 rooms at America's Best and we were in town for a family function. The front desk staff was very accommodating and roomed us all close together. We were new in town so we were given clear directions to everywhere we needed to go. Rooms were clean and nice, looked like a new hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Carrollton.

Uncomfortable and miserable

From the outside it looks normal but inside not so good mattresses were or hard and uncomfortable The comforters on the bed's war torn and look dirty sat in one of the chairs in the room and the handles fell off carpet is dirty and it had an excess up smell of smoke The one redeeming quality was the refrigerator really worked that good

Clean and friendly but...

Staying for 2 nights we had booked the hotel 3rd party with hotels.com. The staff are friendly and the rooms were cleaned. Room service did stop by for fresh towels. My issue falls to the fact after we returned from going out for the afternoon, a gentleman approached us in the hallway explaining that we had booked the room for 2 people not 4 and that there was a extra charge. My bad, but when I paid the "tax" it was a even 20 bucks and they could not provide me a receipt showing me what and where the $20 was being applied. Their excuse was because I booked it with "Expedia".... so I'm leaving it up to my banks fraud department to deal with the charge due to the fact I signed nothing and received no receipt. I did get the sense that they closely monitor their guest. Take that how you want, it just seemed excessive.

Everything was good, the room was clean and confortable, the people was kind and the facilities in good conditions. My english is bad and I don't now what else said. we are happy with our desitions, in addition good price.
