Two night stay
Pat964on 27/07/2017 17:32Although the hotel staff was very accommodating, we experienced an odor in the room (from a prior smoking room), as well as not enough towels. The breakfast was typical fare, but the room was far too small to accommodate the guests. Parking was also not sufficient to handle the number of guests.
Met our needs
kooldogson 27/07/2017 02:34Ana at the front desk was especially helpful. Everyone was nice. The room is a basic room & suited our needs. The location is convenient for a lot of things. We went to Worlds & Oceans of Fun as well as downtown then onto Overland Park.
Great place to relax.
Teri4nowon 27/07/2017 01:23We picked this hotel out of many other choices, because we didn't want to stay in downtown. We loved it here. The front desk staff was amazing, as well as all other employees we encountered. The room was quiet and the A/C worked wonderfully! Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed it very much.
The property was clean and the flowers outside were beautiful.
I would stay here again, no question.
Great place to stay!
Teri4nowon 26/07/2017 16:46I'm so glad we chose this hotel. I was worried that it was going to be a slow drive to the convention center, but it only took about 10 minutes...during rush hour! The front desk clerks were amazing. There was always someone attending to the breakfast area in the morning so nothing ever ran out. The neighborhood is older, but I never felt unsafe on this property.
Solid 4 hotel
Foodie Ton 17/07/2017 14:54We arrived at 9 pm and checked in. The front desk guy was helpful. The rooms were nice, adequate pillows, only shampoo and soap in the bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave. The ac worked great. We we t to the pool. It was cool and not lit but refreshing. The gate is strangely through another door (to control non guest access). Breakfast was basic- biscuits and gravy (had actual sausage), waffles, sausage, egg medallions, bread products, coffee and juice, HB eggs and yogurt. Coffee was just OK. We would return and reccommend.
