The room smelled, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, the sheets were dirty, the comforter was paper thin, there was no hot water, the walls were paper thin, the Wi-Fi didn't work and the breakfast was horrible!

Sammy Lon 03/08/2017 16:19We stayed at BW Dartmouth Inn July 14-July16. The hotel itself was clean,neat and welcoming. The front desk employees were always helpful. The breakfast staff Dylan and Rose were outstanding. They were always busy making sure everything was always full, coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. Speaking to them you could tell that both employees took quality service extremely seriously. They were always pleasant and enjoyed what they were doing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Good solid hotel stay
Pat Gon 03/08/2017 04:17This is a very good hotel to stay in before entering a Cape Cod. Excellent food choices close by. Good beds and nice staff.nothing fancy but a nice stay. Good internet speed. Good shower water pressure. Solid place to stay!
A great night stay
Daniel Non 02/08/2017 16:52Excellent service and staff. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Bed was reasonably comfortable, firm and not sagging. Sheets were good and pillows we're comfortable and plentiful.for our king sized bed. The room had it's own in wall heat/AC unit that was quiet on low speed fan (my Geek moment was using the sound meter app to measure it at 28 decibels). The staff (Christy at check-in and Jamal at checkout) were super friendly and helpful for local information. The young lady running breakfast was really efficient and very busy keeping up with setting an excellent breakfast and keeping everything clean and cleared. It was an excellent stay at this Best Western. I'll note that the pool looked inviting and the recent renovation really show nicely in the rooms and the rest of the facility. Excellent value at this level of hotel.
Ho-hum overnight stay
Serendipity83on 28/07/2017 13:16Dated looking motel. Staff semi-unprofessional. Placed us in an occupied room. Hallways smelled bad. Extremely noisy. Sounded like our neighbors were inside of our room; paper thin walls. Slept poorly due to noise. Breakfast unimpressive. Just not up to par for a BW.
