Nice visit
Heather Don 05/08/2017 01:38Which has this hotel for a second night in town after having stayed at the Crescent the night before. We found the staff at this hotel to be much more friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was very tiny but it served its purpose. For me the beds were entirely to firm. However my mom and aunt really enjoyed that the beds were so firm as they couldn't sleep in the very soft beds at the Crescent the night before. So I guess it's all a matter of preference.
They have a lovely pool area and the jacuzzi is the best I've ever seen in a hotel.
We would have loved to been able to enjoy it more than we did. I didn't feel comfortable going into the jacuzzi with my 13 year old girls the first time we went out there because there was a group of about 15 men drinking heavily in the jacuzzi room. Even though signs are posted saying to not drink or smoke in that area it was not enforced. Those men moved into the parking lot after 9 so we ventured back out into the jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi area were otherwise empty. After about 5 mins a different man not with the group got into the jacuzzi carrying 5 tall beers and started smoking. The girls and I left back to the pool. He followed. Standing over the pool smoking. So we went back to the jacuzzi and he followed again. We chose to go back to our room. I understand the hotel can't control creepy guests. I do wish someone would walk by occasionally and enforce the no alcohol and cigarettes in the pool though.
Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed it more than the breakfast we paid $17 a person for at the crescent the day before.
Great stay at a great inn
321barbson 04/08/2017 01:38This was the nicest stay on our recent trip to Arkansas. The Inn itself was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was accommodating in every way. The location was perfect for a walk into downtown Eureka Springs. If you don't care to walk, the trolley will pick you up in front with tickets you can buy at the front desk. The people who work here seem genuinely nice. What a refreshing stay!
Anniversary Trip to Eureka Springs, AK
margine2017on 01/08/2017 19:55We celebrated our 63rd Anniversary in Eureka Springs and chose to stay at the Best Western Eureka Inn. We were not disappointed. The staff was great from the front desk, to the Gazebo Restaurant, to the cleaning crew. The breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast crew was extremely hospitable, warm and friendly. The manager of the Gazebo greeted us daily checking on our visit and offering suggestions of places to go. I only got one name, Vicki Patty, but and she was outstanding. Also, there was a mother and daughter team who served us so graciously. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Its a nice Place to stay - Clean
LieslBankstonon 31/07/2017 20:45It's a nice place and very convenient, the Trolly pick up is there and it's close to either end of town. For only 2 days it was ideal for us. We only stayed two nights - but it was quiet and clean. And Centered right on the middle of all the highways to go any where.
A Great Men's Getaway Weekend
B4880YBjeffbon 31/07/2017 19:28A group of us from our church traveled to Eureka Springs for a weekend of motorcycling and general camaraderie. On the advice of some of our group member who had stayed there previously, we booked into this hotel. The breakfast is outstanding! Even I, the gluten-free one of the bunch, found PLENTY to eat from the buffet. The wait staff was fantastic and went well above the call to make sure we were taken care of. The room was plenty big enough for us. The A/C worked great (and I like it pretty cold at night!) We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. All were adequate size for our group and the other guests. Having some designated motorcycle cleaning rags available was a nice touch! The only thing of note I would mention is that exiting the parking lot can be a bit risky. The hotel is situated in a fairly blind curve and it seems that most of the drivers going by are in far to much of a hurry! Overall the location is great - close to historic downtown and plenty of places to eat within just a few minutes.
