Pleasantly surprised!

We didn't know what we were booking on line - who really knows till you get there. Positive - staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating even though they are in transition from the hotel being the "Baymont to the Ramada"

My husband takes honey in his coffee and mentioned it to Melissa in housekeeping - and there it was in our room for him the very next time they cleaned our room! My husband was very surprised that they even remembered his request!

Special thanks to the exceptional service from Patrick, Corinne, Jess. Diahanna and Melissa !!!!! All your efforts made our stay very warm with a country family feel!

Yes, things are needing updating but if you have a positive attitude and talk to the staff they are willing to help make your experience a special one .

Yes, we thought the hot tub would be working and yes we booked a poolside room but that didn't happen but things are what they are do to circumstances and We can honestly say none of that mattered in the end because we were treated respectfully and given a nice sunny room that I asked for in lieu of . We had a Quiet clean room with plenty of clean towels. Will definitely come back!

Interesting experience

The hotel was nice & the staff was great. The bed was very hard so I didn't sleep well. We had an event at the hotel with meals. The meals were way overpriced for what we received and it was a bit disappointing. Didn't even get dessert with our evening meal. The continental breakfasts were great.

Room was outdated and dirty

Room was outdated and dirty. Staff was friendly enough but $160 I could have gotten cleaner at Motel 6
Stear clear!!

I've worked with the staff at the Ramada Fargo for a monthly meeting over the lunch hour, and I can highly recommend them. They have been very accommodating for a small group meeting, and are very reasonable in cost.

Went there so that we could sit in the hot tub water daughter played in the pool and the hot tub was out of commission and no one ever told us it was very upsetting
