Nice visit

We stayed at the Best Western on a trip to the Ark Encounter. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. The breakfast was great and the coffee was outstanding. The only problem we noticed was the sound of dogs barking but by the time we went to bed they had quieted down. Compared to other motels in the area, they certainly had the best price.

Overnight stay for Ark Encounter

We stayed at this hotel during a visit to the Ark Encounter which is an easy 30 minute drive up the interstate. We were with a large group of 30 youth and adults. The hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating. We had 7 rooms and none of our group encountered issues with the rooms. Each room had a microwave and minifridge. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. There is a nice outdoor patio adjacent to the pool area. The hot tub was out of order during our stay. The only complaint I had was with Best Western corporate. I tried to add an additional room to our reservation a few nights after the original booking. They wanted to charge me an extra $30 per night for the additional room. Overall was very pleased with the stay.

The smell

The staff did what they could to get rid of the odor, however nothing worked. They used a smoking machine, air freshners etc. I wish I had not called the 800 number to book the room. I was told that it was not pet friendly and they had me give a credit card that was charged a whole month before I arrived. I couldn't leave since it would take 7-10 days to be reimbursed. The staff was great, however, I bought air freshners for the weekend!

This is an excellent hotel. Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast was good and varied. It was very clean and there was coffee available in the lobby all day. They also had cookies and popcorn in the evening

Nice hotel, good rates, clean,comfortable and very quiet. great hot breakfast, very nice location, convenient to many restaurants and I-75.compares to much more expensive hotels at this same exit, Teri
